This Taco Bell specifically on W. SOUTH BLVD needs a new manager or retraining. How yall do not have certain stuff across multiple days. I am not from the area but my people are and 3 different times in 2 weeks they did not have stuff they offer on the menu when I stopped by. I had to pay more money for them to take me to another Taco Bell. I gave 3 stars because they had food, just not what I wanted.
Clerk behind the counter was very helpful. She took order manually instead of having us order at the confusing kiosk. Her personal touch makes the difference whether customers come back. The food is good. The service made the difference.
