the teenage girl at the window had a attitude the entire time serving us she mugged us after we stayed to check that our food was all there and when we told her that our drinks were missing she mugged us again it was over all a horrible experience with the service there and i will not be returning my daughter threw up 3 times after eating her tacos this was horrible

I ordered large nacho fries and they shorted me on the fries. The crispy chicken nuggets aren’t crispy. And they also didn’t give me any sauce for the chicken nuggets. Check your drive thru order before you leave. I ordered using the Taco Bell mobile app.

Ya know, when someone orders extra of something (cheese, onions, red sauce, etc), it would be nice if they actually got it!!!!! Employees were not at all friendly.
Order included 15 tacos and only got 8 packs of sauce. Drive thru worker very rude when asked for more sauce. Only gave 6 more. Ridiculous. Who wants to eat dry tacos. Manger Deidra cared less about my concerns

Jiggaboos working here either are too young, or don't have enough functional brain cells to remember the double Decker taco. Order 2 of those, got 2 double stacked tacos instead

I just left and there is noone working at all. The board was on (and flashing on one side) a car was waiting at the window and noone was to be found inside the restaurant. I really hate to say this but my experience in Montgomery with Customer service has been horrible for the most part. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone most of the time.The car in front of my finally left the window waiting for someone so I could leave the drive through.I went to schlotzsky's where I always receive good service. This Toca Bell is hit and miss with customer service when a particular woman is there she never smiles and she treats you as if you are driving up to her home and asking for free food. Ugh ?
