We travel a lot and can verify that many Taco Bells do NOT have indoor service. Although it is not customer friendly, it just is a change since COVID. However, the drive thru ran smoothly and our large order was 100% accurate. No complaints here. Staff were friendly.

It's hard to believe that a restaurant in Montgomery can't keep its dining room open due to safety concerns of its employees. Montgomery may not be the safest place in America, but it's still surprising that the restaurant management couldn't ensure a safe working environment for their staff. I hope the taco bell corporation reads this review and sees to the closing of this franchise location. #AmericaIsAfailedState

If you have a late night craving, be ready to be rushed & get what you didn’t want but hungry enough to just settle for whatever they sale you..and you can cancel a recipe you do not get 1 sad…. This is Montgomery sore on carmichael rd… they get a 2 of 10

Terrible!!! All my food was old you can literally taste how old the shells was!!
Paid money for a drink at another location only for them to be out of every soda. Drove to this location to get a soda but they expected me to buy a whole new drink even though it’s not my fault the mobile app lets you order drinks that aren’t even available.

Lobby closed at 7 PM would take order at drive thru but not until all drive thru orders behind us were completed after we waited for the three cars ahead of us

Really you close the dining room? Locked up the doors and only have drive through at 6:57pm?!? Am I missing something here? Let me at least come on order and take out. It's raining I am not going to be somebody's meme standing outside in the rain ordering in the drivethru. You lost a customer.

Absolutely ridiculous!!!! They closed the dining room because this location is surrounded by hotels that house drug addicts and they don't want them just hanging out in the dining room. Why is that my problem and can't enjoy my meal inside the taco bell? Guess the management and workers don't know how to make them leave. Absolutely ridiculous.
