The lady at the window was short, abrasive and rude. She acted exasperated that she had to - idk - do her job (?) and was so difficult when asked a simple question. She obviously didn't want to deal with us so she got - who I guess was a manager - and she was just as rude and unhelpful as the first lady. Oh, and my nacho cheese sauce......it was put in the bag upside down, the lid not on good so it was spilled all in the bag, all over the other food wrappers. And no napkins......just ridiculous, the whole experience.

I have twice ordered two cinnamon twists and only received one. I also ordered one and got none. on repeated occasions i ordered tacos without lettuce and was given lettuce. I was given a chicken quesadilla when I ordered steak Today I found a piece of plastic in my quesadilla. I love Taco Bell but you have to get your act together. This only happened when I pay with cash by the way. Also there was way too much sauce and I had a bite taken out of my quesadilla.

Food was great, lady up front cashier was nice and ao was lady at drive thru, however the lady that was preparing the food was so mean, I asked for Avocado sauce and she looked at me with a mean express no.response, The lady up front named Jill was able to help us. To the cook....it doesnt hurt to be kind to others!

The food is consistently filled over with so much sour cream and sauce. I am assuming it's to make up for the lack of meat. Last 3 times I have been there, my food just tastes like sour cream in a tortilla. Especially the crunchwrap Supreme.

My cantina chicken tacos tasted old and the shell was all smashed up. One was completely cold.
I stopped by Taco Bell today hoping for a quick bite, but unfortunately, they were not taking any orders—no explanation, no signage, nothing. The staff didn’t offer any clarity, and it left several customers confused and walking away. I understand things happen, but better communication would go a long way in improving the experience. Hoping this gets resolved soon because I usually enjoy this location.

Out of half the things I tried to order, nothing had cheese on it when I got home. Chalupa, tacos and Mexican pizza and burritos. Missing two tacos and the burrito from my order. The chicken chalupas had to be cooked to finish when I got home. The chicken was half way frozen. Cold and hard. Mexican pizza was just sauce and tortilla. Nothing else. Amazed they even put that much effort into my order..

I ordered through the app and when I got to the drive thru, the employee said they didn’t have that order and that must be at the wrong location. Came across a little rude and condescending. I went inside and waited for my order. Food was good, but some of the employees could be a little nicer.
