The food is consistently filled over with so much sour cream and sauce. I am assuming it's to make up for the lack of meat. Last 3 times I have been there, my food just tastes like sour cream in a tortilla. Especially the crunchwrap Supreme.

Old lady at the window has a bad attitude and needs to be fired she didnt wanna take my order because she’s lazy Iguess I’m not sure. She was cursing at me for no reason. She was on shift around the time of this post.

They lie about hours, close early, hide in store on the clock, say system is down reboot etc. Trash store, corporate needs to shut it down, nobody goes there.
Closed early on Friday after 1AM, maps show open until 2AM
My cantina chicken tacos tasted old and the shell was all smashed up. One was completely cold.
Food always fresh.
⭐ 1-Star Review – Disappointed Experience
I stopped by Taco Bell today hoping for a quick bite, but unfortunately, they were not taking any orders—no explanation, no signage, nothing. The staff didn’t offer any clarity, and it left several customers confused and walking away. I understand things happen, but better communication would go a long way in improving the experience. Hoping this gets resolved soon because I usually enjoy this location.

Out of half the things I tried to order, nothing had cheese on it when I got home. Chalupa, tacos and Mexican pizza and burritos. Missing two tacos and the burrito from my order. The chicken chalupas had to be cooked to finish when I got home. The chicken was half way frozen. Cold and hard. Mexican pizza was just sauce and tortilla. Nothing else. Amazed they even put that much effort into my order..

I ordered through the app and when I got to the drive thru, the employee said they didn’t have that order and that must be at the wrong location. Came across a little rude and condescending. I went inside and waited for my order. Food was good, but some of the employees could be a little nicer.
This is ridiculous. I order a variety pack and the majority of my tacos. Look like this, and the food was cold. The fries were stale very little meat as you can see in the picture. This is egregious and I’m very disconsolate with customer service and I will contact the store General manager

First visit to a taco bell in over 20 years. It has be dehumanized! No I've works the counter, no one great you. The only spoken words were our names, called when the order was ready

They left 2 items out of my Luxe box, and I didn't get a spicy ranch that I paid for....even though the Drive-thru staff was very nice and polite. I also think that all Taco Bells should have Mountain Dew Code Red as a drink option!!
