Taco bell more like YACO bell!!🔔!!!! This place gave me the heeby jeebies for sure especially with the weird little guy in the corner watching me while i ate! At least the workers wore nice and unusual shoes, that was a big plus to my otherwise… sad lonely meal (the little guy seemed to keep me company though, i grew to be comforted by his staring)

So I guess he very very when doing a mobile order. I put an order in (which you already pay when you do this) and the lady at the drive through rudely explained that the "system was down" and refused service to us, telling us to just get a refund. I walked inside to try to get my food, and two employees were screaming at each other loudly having an argument. So unacceptable.

I order a cantina chicken bowl. The lettuce was soggy, and everything was thrown together. The worst ever!! I wouldn’t have serve this to anyone!! Very upset!!!

Almost 29 dollars to have a simple order messed up three times.
I’m highly disappointed. I placed an online order at 10:15am today. Upon arriving she said that it was only her and one other person she was training, she didn’t know when she’d have lunch stuff ready. I offered to go to Walmart and come back. I come back and my food is ready but 3/4 items made incorrectly. Asked for no lettuce, of course lettuce on two items, no onions and of course onions alllll in my burrito. Tried to call no one would answer. So now I gotta throw my food that was going to be lunch into the trash and be hungry until I get off. The ability to read and follow instructions should be mandatory.

Don't stop here for breakfast. They always have an excuse as to why they can't make breakfast items. Went 3 separate mornings trying to get breakfast before work. 1. Computers were down and they couldn't take orders. 2. The fryers were down so they couldn't make crunch wraps. 3. They were out of the ingredients to make make breakfast items. Either the manager allows this to happen or they are joking about serving breakfast. Either way, the is no point in trying again.
