Got a burrito supreme for my kiddos to split, requesting no onion explicitly for the purpose that it would be eaten by kids. Staff came off very rude and dismissive... should have known what was to come. After coming home and splitting it in half it was filled with what seemed like extra onion. Not ok.

Visit this location on today the staff was nonchalant, instead of working. The staff that prepare the food items, was eating and preparing food had to ask her to wash her hands , which she did. She got upset because I waited 20 minutes for two items, which I requested a refund. The refund took 5 -10minutes.

The cashier, Shruti, was extremely rude and could be seen yelling at other staff while I was at the window. They asked me to repeat my order when I got to the window and then told me they didn’t have the items I’d ordered while in the drive through. She then proceeded to charge me for two items I didn’t order and rolled her eyes when I asked for a refund. She took my card back but didn’t listen when I tried to clarify which items I wanted refunded for and provided no proof a refund had actually been submitted. I was given one of the items I didn’t order so I’m sure if she refunded me at all it wasn’t for both items. She then practically threw my food at me. Will not be returning.

Ordered a quesadilla meal… quesadilla didn’t get steamed , it’s cold and it taste like onions.
For some reason I went at a bad time. There was a child coughing up a storm at a corner table with no parent watching him. A lot of teenagers came in an interrupted us ordering. Then after having the $7 Value meal I got a serious case of diaherra soon there after for some reason.

I just had the rudest experience ever at this location. I just left this restaurant 3 or 4 mins ago. If it weren’t for my granddaughter really wanting the food, I would have returned it all! I believe the lady at the drive thru is perhaps a manager or lack there of. She was hurried me along all the while forgetting to put simple things in my bag like napkins and straws. Gave me only 1 receipt. Mind you I had 2 orders. Then had the audacity to turn her back to me. I was getting getting my card out to pay. Guess I was taking too long. There was only 1 car behind me. She has no personality and really could use some etiquette courses in customer service. What is wrong with people these days and what happened to a friendly smile and a have a good evening or some kind of greeting. I mean after all, we the customers are the reason you have job!
