Our food was not fresh and we were the only customers they had at the time. There was no one in drive-thru or inside except us. None of our food was fresh. It tasted like they gave us old food but I was pregnant and hungry so I ate it but definitely didn't enjoy it.

25 minute drive to only get half the order. Missing chicken grilled cheese burrito. Unable to even answer the phone. If they can't give you what you paid for but still take your money it's no different than stealing. People should learn to do their jobs. Wont go to this taco bell again.

Give healthy servings of food give i mean they don't skimp. But this the third day I order a diet Pepsi and it tastes like soda water because that's all it is, it's not even colored like soda anymore it's clear. So stop charging me $3 for a soda when it's not soda change the syrup box already

On 1-1-2025 I ordered a number 2 from Taco Bell my food was cold and they did not put the right cheese that goes on the tacos my shell was soggy. I do not recommend going to this Taco Bell . Every time you go there you have to wait a long period of time for your phone workers always on there phones poor communication 0/10

Only received half of my order after already waiting around 15 minutes. I notified them of this, but 30 minutes later I gave up because I had a meeting to get to. I asked my friend who was still there to see if he could grab it when they called out the rest of my order, but they never did.

Severe miscommunication issues in their back of house led to some of the orders from my peers being forgotten entirely, leading to delays of around 30 to 45 minutes total for some of us.

To make matters worse, I have been feeling unwell almost immediately after eating the food that I did receive, and I have had to remain close to a bathroom for the remainder of the day.

Will not return.

We ordered in the drive thru. Was told yo drive around and park. Waited 25 mins. Saw the cashier outside with her boyfriend. A young kid came and was trying to get your order for us. The cashier was unbothered when he told her they forgot about us. He got our food and it had been sitting on the counter so it was cold. 1 kid out of 5 pple care about customers there.
