Lady at drive thru round 2-3 got extremely poor customer service skills. She works as if someone is on her time. Don't take time to get the order right or atleast listen to it. Every order that comes, never have napkins with it. Or something is missing out the meal. If she don't wanna be there it other ppl that will gladly take her spot. Real unprofessional

Placed order online at 1 AM arrived at 1:17Am the employees never answered on the intercom nor came to the window!
Our food was not fresh and we were the only customers they had at the time. There was no one in drive-thru or inside except us. None of our food was fresh. It tasted like they gave us old food but I was pregnant and hungry so I ate it but definitely didn't enjoy it.

25 minute drive to only get half the order. Missing chicken grilled cheese burrito. Unable to even answer the phone. If they can't give you what you paid for but still take your money it's no different than stealing. People should learn to do their jobs. Wont go to this taco bell again.
