Give healthy servings of food give i mean they don't skimp. But this the third day I order a diet Pepsi and it tastes like soda water because that's all it is, it's not even colored like soda anymore it's clear. So stop charging me $3 for a soda when it's not soda change the syrup box already

On 1-1-2025 I ordered a number 2 from Taco Bell my food was cold and they did not put the right cheese that goes on the tacos my shell was soggy. I do not recommend going to this Taco Bell . Every time you go there you have to wait a long period of time for your phone workers always on there phones poor communication 0/10

Only received half of my order after already waiting around 15 minutes. I notified them of this, but 30 minutes later I gave up because I had a meeting to get to. I asked my friend who was still there to see if he could grab it when they called out the rest of my order, but they never did.
Severe miscommunication issues in their back of house led to some of the orders from my peers being forgotten entirely, leading to delays of around 30 to 45 minutes total for some of us.
To make matters worse, I have been feeling unwell almost immediately after eating the food that I did receive, and I have had to remain close to a bathroom for the remainder of the day.
Will not return.

We ordered in the drive thru. Was told yo drive around and park. Waited 25 mins. Saw the cashier outside with her boyfriend. A young kid came and was trying to get your order for us. The cashier was unbothered when he told her they forgot about us. He got our food and it had been sitting on the counter so it was cold. 1 kid out of 5 pple care about customers there.

Most lost fast food crew I have ever seen. Went thru drive through. No issue. No wait. Immediately sent me around building. Immediately obvious I was waiting with ten other cars. Nobody was receiving orders. About 6 parties were waiting at counter Five employees wandered around the counter doing nothing. After ten minutes one worker came out with two orders. He wandered around lot trying to find who they belonged to. He matched up one. I finally went in thinking I might speak to manager. I did not see anyone that appeared to have any direction. So decided the cause useless. A guy took my receipt and made the two burritos in 30 secs

We’ve been here for 33 minutes and still have no food. Don’t waste your time coming here.
atmosphere was awful, very cold! I said something to the guy that was working the front and he said there was nothing they could do, also no ice when we got our cups to get a drink. what an inconvenience! the food was not really warm enough which didn't surprise me as cold as it was in the whole place. will never revisit, such a terrible experience.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! I have tried coming to the location well over 10 times and the drive-through is always down and they get attitudes when you want to come in and order your food. Good luck getting your food correct.

Minus ALL stars health ratings have dropped. Incompetent managers and incompetent workers. Workers are in too much of a hurry to go outside to BS. I don't know what this is they gave me but it is not what I ordered. I never get what I order there and I'll fill it out on the kiosk. Can the people that work there not read a simple order? A brand new store and they have less than three stars. That is utterly pathetic. I hope the day crew is better than the evening crew because the military around the area will not put up with that. You'll close down just like Burger King up the road.
