There should be a zero star option. The last 3 or 4 times I’ve been to this location, the girl with the blue/green dyed hair has been at drive thru and is always incredibly RUDE. Doesn’t even acknowledge me or smile, acts like I just ruined her day by being there. I got a different girl tonight and she was just as rude. The only time she even spoke to me (rudely!) was when I pulled up to the window and she told me to back up like 5 feet. Didn’t say why, I’m assuming it’s because of their drive thru times? This location has gotten progressively worse, not only with the staff and their ugly attitudes but the food is horrible, and cold. Cheese isn’t melted, missing ingredients, and tonight after we picked up or food and got home, we realized 2 things were missing completely. Need new staff including management ASAP!!!!

The food was the worst I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. See picture of the cantina chicken quesadilla featuring unmelted cheese and no chicken. We ordered 4 other things and they were similarly disappointing. So we basically just had expensive tortillas.

If you want to get sick, eat here. Waited 20 minutes for them start working on my mobile order. The guy who started making the food was wearing the same gloves he went outside and took orders in. Gross! We walked out without a refund. I am not going to pay to eat food made with unsanitary hands.

Ordered on the app at 6:10 still had not received the food by 6:45. The worst part was seeing the guy who was making our food leave the restaurant to take food to a car, come back in and NOT change his gloves. How absolutely disgusting can you be. It's one thing to be slow but it's another to be disgusting and commit health violations

Consistently getting items lettuce on items that are not supposed to have lettuce. Inconsistent portions in tacos where some are packed full and others are anemic to the point of being a flavored tortilla

This is the third 3 time ever messed up my order which is fine. They just need to keep an eye on the new people they hire because they make too many mistakes. They gave a hard taco when I asked for a soft taco and forgot to give me my drink. Service is terrible at night
