This is the third 3 time ever messed up my order which is fine. They just need to keep an eye on the new people they hire because they make too many mistakes. They gave a hard taco when I asked for a soft taco and forgot to give me my drink. Service is terrible at night

Used to be great all day, now only good late at night. Went there earlier than usual last night and got a cheesy double beef burrito that was about 80% rice with very little cheese or cheese sauce... just one bite of meat in one corner and one bite of sour cream in the other corner with maybe 3 fiesta strips. Only reason I'm not giving it one star is because of the late night crew. You're better off just buying a pound of ground beef and some rice and chucking it in an instant pot for 15 minutes.

We went through the drive thru today at lunch and the service was excellent! When we almost left without the avocado sauce the nice girl who was working the drive thru waved us down in front of the restaurant to be sure we had it. Nothing was missed in our order and everything was great!

Honestly...I'm done with Zelda Road taco bell. I usually go to this one because it's close by and on the way home. However, them folks who work there now are a joke. Last time i went, it took them 10 mintues to make a burrito which was dripping and sloppy. There's some boy there who don't know how a belt works, pants sagging with his ass out (I don't want to know the color of your drawers boy). There was ONE person actively working while the others just a-kee-kee-keeing in the background, talking and being lazy. I went to get a mobile order, expecting it to be made when I got there since I was like 10 minutes away. It wasn't....I asked about it after waiting 5 or so minutes. Said it was "being made." They still talking, not working. No one on the line. It's SLOW, ain't no one there. I've worked a taco bell in this city before. It doesn't take long for food to drop. The one guy actively working made my meal and I thank him for that. Just don't go to this location...I rather drive to another one further from home and work than deal with the eyelash gang and no-belt Billy

Omg. This place is a total no-go. I went through the drive through. My food was cold and seemed like they didn’t attempt to make the product. Just a bunch of ingredients thrown together and wrapped loosely in a wrapper. I could not even eat it. Literally threw it away after a few bites and had to go somewhere else to eat. The customer service was par for coarse in Montgomery I guess. Dismissive and short. Crappy just like everywhere else at Montgomery fast food restaurants. If you find yourself in this area, just go somewhere else. Nothing about this Taco Bell is good.

The strawberry lemonade is watered down and didn't taste good
They did good, I got a bean burrito and it was a good size. Sometimes I get skinny burritos with almost nothing on them I hate that! But this Taco Bell did a good job, and I actually tasted the onions, cheese and sauce.

And now they’ve got us backing up to a pole in the drive through??? Not safe. Trying so hard to convince my bf to eat somewhere else. Guess I’ll be sitting in y’all’s line holding it up no matter how full it is to check my order.
