Taqueria 5 de mayo authentic Mexican food

I literally go here every weekend at this point, the people that work there are amazing and the food has always been on point. I recommend this place to anyone that will listen at this point.

Thought I'd give them another chance so went to dinner tonight. I go so much the manager knows my order by heart. I'm sitting at the bar and I see the Red hair waitress grab tortillas WITH HER HANDS, SCRATCH HER FACE, THEN GRAB MORE TORTILLAS after she just touched her face, NOOOO GLOVES. I've waited on tables and you're touching plates, trays, dishes AND MONEY. Please be a little bit cleaner because nobody wants to eat food you've touched with your hands. Yeaaaah think that's my final visit with them..

Pleasantly surprised with the food!! Chips and salsa were amazing. Carne asada street tacos packed with flavor! Service was not amazing & they were out of quite a few menu items. Overall, great place to eat!

Salsa is frickin amazing and Birria tacos are dang spot on man! I scarfed the food down so quick! I’m coming back for sure ?

The food was nice but the beans tasted bad. Maybe it was just that day. We had chicken a la parrilla and it was ok but the plates are small. Super small for dinner. If ur looking for a place with large plates this may not be it. The rice was good and the girl tending is fast and friendly!
