Drove 3 hours to get here and on door is says 19 years and under not allowed. I have my 6 year old son with so we couldn't go. Doesn't say anything about that on their website.

As a customer who frequently visits this establishment, I was disappointed to discover substantial price increases/changes for certain menu items without prior notification. For example ,the price for Wagyu steak has risen by roughly $10 and no longer includes sides. Purchasing a "shareable side" is not ideal for a solo diner like myself considering the dish previously included "two sides".Thus the same dish itemized is now $30 more total. Furthermore,the website displays the previous menu prices and still advertises the dish as an entree with sides.
Additionally, I was surprised to find that a glass of Syrah I ordered was half of market price of the actual bottle. Given my history of spending upwards $100 each visit this experience was particularly disheartening. While inflation is noticeable in all sectors, adjustments should be marginal and justified by establishment/experience improvements. Although I am able to afford the price increase , such a drastic change is sure to decrease the dining experience for regular customers who attempt to order dishes without prior notice .I hope that management will consider these concerns and address them accordingly.
Great selection of wine and tapas!The waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu and recommended an additional dry red after my wine flight.The atmosphere is laid back,perfect to entertain an out of town guest.The steak sliders were amazing.My wine flight was absolute perfection.I was able to reserve a table for one the same day online without any issues( Sunday). Parking was convenient as well.Jess is great as well !The price is very affordable for the selections they offer.Definitely a new fave for the area!

Love this local restaurant! Best wine selection in the city and fantastic food. Their wine retail prices are very competitive and they have a sale section that usually has some great deals.

I came in and ordered the Hot Honey chicken sliders and the sliders had old chicken on them. I didn’t request a refund or anything the chicken was dry and appeared old. The manager at the time was Colin, I’m assuming he thought a refund was necessary but at the end of the day my money spends just like any other individual color or ethnicity. That being noted I will still return but I really wish the manager did t think everyone was out for a handout!!!!

Nice restraunt, really good service. Food was a bit overpriced for what I got. House cut ribeye was OK, and when you pay $49 for an OK steak it's overpriced. I've had better steak at outback for a lot less. Sides and appetizers and desert was good. Overall not a bad place to go, it's an upscale bar type restraunt.

My friend and I made plans to meet today for brunch at Taste Montgomery located in Hampstead. After reading numerous reviews from patrons feeling unwelcome because of their race and/or skin color, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. FYI, the old south will NEVER rise again. Black folks, read the reviews and spend your money where you are appreciated.
I am a born and raised Californian who used to be a Californian wine snob. I now live in Dallas and I don't drink as much wine as I used to. However, this place brings that back out in me. There is nothing on the menu that isn't fantastic. And the people running the wine area are amazing. You tell them what you like and they find it. I come here for work and practically beg to come back just so I can eat here. Hands down one of my all time favorite restaurants to go to anywhere. And the wine selection is second to none. Hats off to everyone involved in making Taste the way it is. I recommend coming to Montgomery just to experience Taste
Delicious!! I got the shrimp scampi dip, a salad wedge, and the sausage gnocchi dish. Everything was absolutely delicious. Staff are so friendly and attentive. The decor is classy. Would absolutely go there again. I think the pricing was definitely competitive...the food was worth it. It was so fresh and well made.
