I’ve been coming to Taste for years and every time, it’s lovely! The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. The wines are fabulous and the food is great! I hoping they bring back brunch again, but highly recommend for a fun dinner experience

We hosted a private “Something Blue Before I Say I Do” bridal brunch at Taste and it was absolutely perfect. The staff and owners were incredibly accommodating from start to finish. They worked with us to create a customized brunch menu and even helped craft a special drink of the day“Winter Sangria” which was a huge hit. The setting was beautiful and welcoming, and it was the ideal spot for a relaxed, celebratory morning with the ladies. Highly recommend for any private event or special occasion!

Great atmosphere! We had reservations for a special downtown event. They had a special drink, it was terrible and all 5 of ours was inconsistent in taste. 5 of the 6 ordered the “loaded baked potato” which it was not. It was just a buttered baked potato. Our server never came back to check or even fill our water. They were ill prepared for the downtown event. It was my second time to give them a try, and my last. It’s such a great venue but lacking in food quality, service and bartending.

The food was amazing. Although, I thought this was an upscale dining type place especially with it being in Hampstead - the general vibe of the place was odd while we were there. The kitchen staff were blaring what seemed like a YouTube video or movie and yelling about lesbians just being very loud. At one point a man came from the back wearing what looked like leggings…. Our waiter was great. The food was very good. I am just thrown off by the overall atmosphere as it was feeling more like a fast food restaurant rather than a place with a $54 steak.

Wanted to check out a wine bar once we had a long day drive. Taste had great options for small plates so we could sample each others. Nice wine flight options and staff were knowledgeable on the wines. It was quite so we enjoyed talking with staff. Would recommend trying a flight and the steak sliders were great! If ever in the area, we would go back!

The food was delicious with impeccable service. Very nice atmosphere with the exception of one patron that was passionately discussing her family drama and for some reason thought everyone would like to know. (Oh the language).
We received our food quickly and it was seasoned to perfection. My husband and I each had an appetizer, small plate, and entree. My favorite was the crab cake & fried green tomato and the filet.

We had a super large party. The food was excellent, the staff, just superb and the atmosphere laid back and great as well. I got the crab cakes with green tomatoes, and I highly recommend. Also, ordered the shrimp scampi dip that came with little crustini toast. Absolutely to die for. Even with a large crowd, our food came out super quick. Definitely going back.
