I ordered via app, upon arrival went to window to pickup my order, couple of unprofessional servers apparently laughing at my name? The steak was rough to say the least. Will not be revisiting any time soon. There are much better choices in the area.

This location the food was tough. My younger children ordered steak not cooked properly. Customer service was terrible. I will not return. We stopped to eat on our way home from vacation. I usually look at reviews before stopping. I don't recommend! Bathrooms were nasty!

We were in visiting from Japan and craving a steak and cactus blossom so we stopped in. We joined the waitlist before arriving and checked in via text upon arrival. We had a very minimal wait. Jude was our waiter and he was AMAZING. Our drinks were never empty and we never had an opportunity to need anything because he already had it taken care of. The steaks were cooked perfectly and all the food came out hot. The manager was wandering around checking in on everyone making sure nothing was needed or wrong. 10/10 will be back again!

We drove across town from Cloverdale got there at 750pm, was seated at 815pm. waitress took our drink order, brought the drinks, took our food order, disappeared. ONE HOUR later came back, we had not received even our salad, she didn't offer to go get them, she said she'd check on it, disappeared again. Had to ask another waitress for a manager, manager came brought us our salad and food at the same time, steaks weren't cooked correctly and cold. it is now 11pm, it took 2 hours TWO to get served, waitress came back once we told her the issue got a "sorry" then she disappeared again. This was the absolute WORST service we have ever received. will not go back. Food was terrible steak was so chewy and tough I couldn't eat it, husband took two bites didn't eat his either as it was too cold.

We got there at 6 sitted by 620 out food didn't get to the table till like 730. Our server was fantastic. But our food was cold when it got to take table. So the manager only took off mine and my daughters plates. No I'm sorry please what can I do to make it better next time . Nothing. So we won't be going there again
