Purchased half ham 3-28-2024. Opened at home and honey glaze had broken down already. PhonedMgr. of Mtgy store and told him I wasn't satisfied. He and team corrected my issue and exchanged ham for one with a beautiful hard glaze.I suggest looking at that ham in car before leaving parking lot....since COVID19 we'll unable to view in store.

If I could leave negative 5 stars I would. Our order was 40 minutes late, and they couldn’t find our order when we arrived. There was no apology for waiting either. Super unprofessional.
Customers are greeted enthusiastically by one of the cheeriest teams of employees I have ever seen. Tamica and Pamela were very gracious in explaining options to my 97-yr-old mother. Kent kept the line supplied and the jokes coming. Tamico cooked up a great set of turkey sliders and a Honeybaked ham signature sandwich for us, and recommended the broccoli-bacon side dish. We had a fantastic lunch. I will be using Honeybaked Ham again for lunch.

The ham and turkey were great! We got the whole ham without the bone and smoked turkey. Both were delicious. The service was amazing. We were greeted with samples and smiles. The store was clean and everyone was so welcoming.

I haven't had HBH in a long time! Service was awesome! Sandhuches were very good. They gave me a Veterans discount, which I appreciated. I tried the Turkey Bacon Ranch, classic ham sandwhich, and Ham and Turkey sandwhich all on croissants.

Stopped here for a lunch break after a doctor appointment... staff is super friendliness, truly enjoyed the hyped conversation between the men, (Men and their sports ), the food was amazing... my hubby ordered the Tavern club while I myself went with the turkey club...The Mac and cheese was delicious, and the broccoli bacon bliss, well what can I say, we needed another serving. IT WAS, as the young folks say, "busting!!!" Lol.....Love the store trend..
