The service is awful. Food arrived five minutes after ordering. Waiter forgot to bring the drinks that we had ordered. The food was ok, but very expensive. Truly not worth the experience or the expense.
Horrible food. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks with for people in the restaurant. This is not the experience I expect for the amount of money spent

Went for a quick bite before a concert. The atmosphere was great. Ordered the flatbread. When i finally received it, it was not hot. The cheese was not melted and one end was burned. Informed the waitress and the manager to take it off my check. She did a reduction of the bill. She did not return to the table to address the matter. I paid and left. Very unprofessional

Kevaughn provided excellent service. Food was divine, especially the ribeye steak. Entire staff was so accommodating and friendly making our special occasion perfect.

I visited The House Restaurant today for my birthday looking for the menu & food I saw left on Google. Ex. Shrimp & grits, fried chicken, salmon, collard greens, mac and cheese, etc.
When we were seated the menu was nothing like what I saw in reviews. Highly upset!!

The food wasn't bad. I'm having trouble getting over the hotel charging me $20 for 1 hour of valet parking and telling me just to deal with it. I guess you're supposed to park on the street and take your chances. I won't go back to this restaurant because of the Renaissance hotel policy.
Parking can be something of an issue but the food and service are worth the inconvenience of finding parking close by.
My husband and I went here to celebrate our 21st anniversary. The staff was nice, friendly and welcoming from beginning to end. The atmosphere was quiet and we seemed to be the only customers when we arrived. I ordered the short rib with polenta and my husband ordered the chicken piccante. We both didn't enjoy the the food because it lacked flavor. The flavor was bland. I'm a food blogger and I know good food and this wasn't it. We did receive a complimentary dessert to share. For our anniversary, I must say the dinner was the worst part.

Very disappointed! The menu changed and it's quite limited. My wife got a steak (which was ok) and I got the only chicken dish with capers. It was smothered in black pepper and entirely too spicy hot. My wine was flat like the bottle had been open for a while. They did exchange at my request. I've eaten there several times and had always been pleasant but I'm not happy with the changes and the limited menu. I won't be back especially before checking the menu.
Samaria, my server, was awesome! We met her at a restaurant where we were having dinner last night and she recommended the Renaissance for breakfast. She is not only a great server, she is also a great marketer! The eggs Benedict and grits were perfect. Loved the Latte Samaria made for us (we even purchased two to go). Great teamwork as well. The other server (thin, young black male) was also checking on us! The entire crew was friendly and pleasant. The manager (young light skinned black female with a long straight ponytail) checked in on us to ensure we were good! We will be back!😊

On Father's Day people without reservations trying to get seats before they seat reserved guest. Not enough seating for our reservation time, but some don't have reservations.

The breakfast is delicious. I ordered the Benedict from the menu and they were kind enough to add cooked smoked salmon to it for me. Staff is also really great. Black women for the win!
