Last night I came in with a party of 7, 8:50.. they close at 10. At first it seemed like no one could take us. Then they sat us with KP, I come to Juicy and I sit at the Bar with Jay! This was my first time sitting at a table in a long time. KP took GREAT care of us, everyone enjoyed the food. The kitchen messed up my order and he fixed it quickly. Whenever you go to Juicy request KP.

My family and I wanted seafood for my sisters birthday but they have a ā€œNo service if you are under 21 years old past 9:30pmā€. Customers had to show I.D in order to be seated. Due to my sister only being 19, we couldn’t dine and were denied service. I don’t know if they are a club or a restaurant but it is absolutely ridiculous.

I recently ordered through DoorDash, where more the half of my order was missing. I did order a sausage, potato and corn boil with two sides of the rice and an order of the fried breaded wings. I came back in the following day/night at 6:00pm and spoke with the Manager on duty whose name is Jacob. He was definitely attentive, and listened to the problem and his resolve skills were impeccable!! He replaced my entire order with no problem at all! Keep up the great work and great customer service skills! Thank you Jacob!!!

Tried to give you all another chance! I ordered blue crabs, crabs legs, shrimp and fried pickles! I only received crab legs and shrimp and they are lukewarm!!!!!!!!!!!

The food was terrible. The whitefish tasted so fishy I couldn't eat it. The crab legs were bitter. It all seemed to be old or tasted as if it had been left out too long. The service was very slow to non-existent. The 2 hostesses acted like they really didn't want us there. The restaurant was dirty. The floors were filthy and there was actual trash in the foyer. I even had to hunt down my server to pay the check. It was a Saturday night and the place was mostly empty. I can see why. They had to bring my drink in a to go cup because they didn't have enough proper glasses. Why? My dressing packet was ready to pop when it was given to me. When I opened it, it became obvious what the problem was when it exploded all over the table and my shirt. It was old and spoiled. It smelled terrible. We had to go to the bar and wait and wait to be noticed in order to get something to crack the crab legs with. This place needs some management fast. The new management needs to clean house. All people should be welcome in all restaurants. It was more than obvious that we were not wanted or welcome.

Poor service I have been waiting for 30 minutes to receive my receipt. It took 25 minutes to take my order and the store wasn't busy. I tried to ask another waiter for help but she caught an attitude. Gnats everywhere
