Not Authentic at all! Blue Crabs were no bigger than your three fingers and there was no meat in them and half of them weren’t even done. The King Crab legs weren’t cooked right. You couldn’t even get the meat out of them. Service was average. Not very busy for a Friday night. Now I know why.

With a mostly empty store, the hostess didn't want to sit several groups of people that came in around the same time. After waiting an hour to be seated, waitress was mad at us for sitting in her section. After taking 32 minutes to get drinks, of course they were wrong. Our group decided to leave, never to return.

Shrimp wasn't deveined, crab cluster over cooked. Air conditioner didn't work. My cocktail was all wrong. It was by far the most horrible experience I've ever had dining at a seafood restaurant. This doesn't compare to the juicy seafood at home.

I have been to this restaurant many times for the All you eat menu and loved it. However, tonight Reuben the Assistant Manager waited on us. We got our first batch of food at 7:45. Prior visits we could get 2-3 crab claws but tonight we were told we could get 1 crab claw per bag for the all you can eat. We told our server with each trip to drop the next claw because we were mainly eating crab legs. It was still a 10 min wait to get our food bag. He wouldn’t drop them until he returned to the table which we sat not eating for quite some time between bags of food. We managed to get 6 bags (2lbs of crab meat). but we were far from full. At 9:00 he had the audacity to say our time was over when we still had 15 minutes left to eat. Argued the fact with the customer and said he was busy dealing with other customers and the bar. He did atleast bring me some cheesecake but after he wanted to argue about my time being up which it was not. He wasted 30 minutes from tending bar, checking the front and other tables. Not only was our time slighted, the other waiter had to get us forks, more water and we had to get up and get our gloves. If you go anywhere and spend $40 on a meal, you definitely should have great service and a full belly when you leave and you shouldn’t be disappointed with the staff. I’m not saying he wasn’t busy he just wasn’t focused on the tables, he had alot of other responsibilities. All you can eat tables should be managed by the waiters/waitresses.
Ordered the weekend special, and the lobster tail appeared old, showed it to the waitress, and she stated she would get the owner she returned alone and stated they would replace. Waitress did not return and had to get the cashier to ask about bill she informed me to come to register

Food is excellent! The staff was good but, learn educate on professionalism, stop acting out loud in front of customers about your personal grievances with other staff, stop using the “N word” this and the “N word that” you should be grown adults and understand this, I’m old school so I can handle such language, but my 80 year old Christian mother would have a heart attack! I hope you get fired and then Hired back after you understand how professionalism & decorum works.
