do not eat here !! they do not properly clean the blender they don’t wear gloves and it’s a lot of cross contamination going with there fruits and peanut butter everywhere i visited a couple days ago and 2 of the woman where being boldly racist and took off there name tags when they heard me saying i was gonna do a report them

An employee sneezed directly over the blenders used to prepare smoothies and food, without washing his hands or cleaning the area afterward. I had to inform them that proper hygiene practices needed to be followed. The overall cleanliness at this location was very concerning. I left feeling upset and would advise others to exercise caution.

I placed a mobile order through the app on 2/4/2025 at 8:45 PM, with a pickup time of 8:52 PM. When I arrived, there was no record of my order, yet my card was charged. Despite the store’s posted closing time of 9:00 PM, everything had already been cleaned and put away, making it clear that my order was never even prepared.
I contacted both the store and the customer service number provided, but they refused to assist with a refund. The in-store manager showed no empathy and seemed unconcerned about the issue. I even pointed out that the register should have been off balance, but they still didn’t care.
I have been a regular customer due to convenience, but after this experience, I will never return and will strongly advise my friends and family to avoid this location as well.

I found multiple pieces of hair in my food, I came back & requested a refund they told me I couldn’t get one because I didn’t have the smoothie. I just wanted the money back for the sandwich. I wasn’t accommodated for that either.

I'm not sure if inflation has taken its toll, but I've never had such a watered down smoothie in my life. Very disappointing...
It taste good but a little too sweet..I prefer natural ingredients with no added sugars.

Clean establishment!! We got two smoothies and 2 banana granola cruch wraps. Both smoothies were delish and we enjoyed our wraps because they spread the peanut butter all over the Flatbread, unlike other TSC 's. I usually have to pull off some of the bread because its so thick and dosent have the peanut butter. So thank you!!!
