Truly hands down the best smoothie in the city of Montgomery! I literally go and grab one everyday! Service is Great most of the time, but no complaints! I know the staff's short at times! Understandable!!

I walked in and went to the register and waited to have my order taken, while 2 employees stood in front of my face and carried on a full conversation without any acknowledgement. I even waited a few more seconds as they continued to smile and talk to each other. I politely drove to the Halcyon location where I was greeted by multiple employees and ordered as soon as I got to the register. At this point this location has gone down so bad they might as well close.

i arrive at the location at 8:32 and an employee was standing outside with a headset and stated they was close. I said it say closing is at 9 and she said her name was Lex and she can close 10min early. I then stated it's not 10 min before time and she said well we already started cleaning up. It's not good the establishment close at 9pm but can close 28min before time as stated by employee

To visit or order from this location is horrible. They are lethargic as if it’s forced labor at a job the employees interviewed for ? The Smoothie has too be made a second time because of poor initial desire .
Workers are lazy and unprofessional. I asked if I can have my smoothie remade because it didn't taste anything like how it usually taste. The crew member said sorry we followed all the ingredients the right way the other TSC must make your smoothie wrong.

I placed an online order at 10:03am and it was supposed to be ready for in store pick up at 10:13. I’m still in line at 10:36 waiting because inside is closed. Sign on door says drive thru only. The drive thru line is wrapped around. If the inside is closed it’s best to suspend the in store pickup option online for your location. I would have left but the money has already been taken from my account and would have to wait in line to ask them to cancel my order.

Waited in the drive through for 22 minutes (only 3 cars in front) got to the window, paid, and waited another 10 minutes for the smoothie. Can’t use the excuse they are short staff when one came outside after taking my payment, sat outside on her phone and smoked her vape. Few minutes later she went back in, another person asked what I had and handed me my drink that don’t even taste like it was made correctly (also no one was inside ordering)

Arrived at 7:20pm. The business closes at 9pm. After waiting at the drive thru, a young lady tells me that they’re not completing any orders due to being short-staffed. I’m not sure who’s managing the employees, but they need closer supervision. This is ridiculous
