My 8 month pregnant daughter just went through the drive through with toddler twins. She was told that they closed the drive through because they were too busy with in person and online. This is not acceptable. Either close the drive through permanently or provide the advertised service with excellence. Some do not come through drive through for just convenience but necessity. She was told they could not help her.

I’ve given this Tropical Smoothie location several chances, but the quality of service has declined drastically compared to 2020. The açaí bowls barely have any açaí, just mostly toppings, and they don’t even include the proper utensils in the bag. On top of that, the young ladies working today were extremely rude, which was very disheartening. I will no longer be spending my money here.

Wish I would have read the reviews. Employee who answered the phone is trash. I ordered a Jetty Punch with a energizer, it tasted horrible. There were chuncks of energizer in my smoothie. The texture of the smoothie was clear with a funny taste, like it was made with water. I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
9/1/25 The actual manager returned called on today and apologized for the service. She offered another smoothie on a future visit, which I declined. I appreciate the call. I may visit in the future but I will check the Google Review first to see if the service is still the same.

Truly hands down the best smoothie in the city of Montgomery! I literally go and grab one everyday! Service is Great most of the time, but no complaints! I know the staff's short at times! Understandable!!

The employees appear unhappy at this location and ignore customers entering and online orders made. You must get their attention inside after your repeatedly ignored. Wait patiently for your online order to be made 15 minutes after the ready time. Last visit at this location!

I walked in and went to the register and waited to have my order taken, while 2 employees stood in front of my face and carried on a full conversation without any acknowledgement. I even waited a few more seconds as they continued to smile and talk to each other. I politely drove to the Halcyon location where I was greeted by multiple employees and ordered as soon as I got to the register. At this point this location has gone down so bad they might as well close.

i arrive at the location at 8:32 and an employee was standing outside with a headset and stated they was close. I said it say closing is at 9 and she said her name was Lex and she can close 10min early. I then stated it's not 10 min before time and she said well we already started cleaning up. It's not good the establishment close at 9pm but can close 28min before time as stated by employee
The food tasted good, but I gave it 3 stars because the food inspection rating that was posted was an 86.

To visit or order from this location is horrible. They are lethargic as if it’s forced labor at a job the employees interviewed for ? The Smoothie has too be made a second time because of poor initial desire .

Workers are lazy and unprofessional. I asked if I can have my smoothie remade because it didn't taste anything like how it usually taste. The crew member said sorry we followed all the ingredients the right way the other TSC must make your smoothie wrong.

I placed an online order at 10:03am and it was supposed to be ready for in store pick up at 10:13. I’m still in line at 10:36 waiting because inside is closed. Sign on door says drive thru only. The drive thru line is wrapped around. If the inside is closed it’s best to suspend the in store pickup option online for your location. I would have left but the money has already been taken from my account and would have to wait in line to ask them to cancel my order.
