I am not over exaggerating when I say this! This is the rudest and most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. The lead server TANIA, messed my DoorDash order up and had me come pick it up. I had to ask for a compensation for that terrible inconvenience of driving when I paid tropical smoothie and DoorDash! Location 7248 has absolutely horrible customer service at this location and it’s highly unlikely that I’ll ever recommend this location to any of my friends or followers on social media. The cashier #1, had a very nasty attitude when my husband asked for military discount, she acted as if she didn’t want to provide extra napkins when the napkin container was literally completely empty, and the way the Baja chicken wrap was prepared was horrible.
