It’s so easy to get 5 stars. But no greetings when a customer walk in? Forget tips. Definitely expect a 1 star rating.

I ordered my usual chicken bacon ranch flatbread. It was not fresh but rather disgusting. The lettuce looked brown, and the chicken tasted rubbery. I left a complaint and picture on June 15 but received no response. I used to eat here often but will not be in the future.

I have been a loyal customer for over a year now. I always order online. Sometimes 3 and 4 times a week! I am missing points from purchases and have sent lots of communication concerning it with no response. When you go in to pick up your order if you don’t speak to them they will not speak to you but I overlooked it and kept ordering but they have shown me they don’t care about my business by the lack of response. Haven’t been since April. Gave every opportunity for them to respond back to me but they havent so I do not plan to go back.

So I'm giving this location a very bad review because it's 8:30 the restaurant closes at 9:00 and instead of them taking my order and actually I got here at 8:24 but instead of them taking my order the girl turned around and cut off the monitor for it to say no orders and then was like they were closed I get that you have to clean up and stuff at the end of the night but that's just really rude and bad for business especially when you are trying to make money in this nice greedy where everything is going up for people to turn away customers until 9:00 but obviously didn't care and this won't be you know put out there until they do this to other customers causing a loss in profit or revenue for the business establishment themselves

It seems they only hire female workers and not very clean or friendly ones according to their reviews. The only male was the manager and he didn’t seem so great either. Makes you wonder what kind of shop they are running here.

love tropical smoothie and i’ve never had any issues with my orders, but the employees are a little unwelcoming ☹️ i feel like i’m being a nuisance when i walk in

Very nice and clean

Had a Mango Berry Cosmo on yesterday. It was NOT good at all. I won't call out the girl who did it, but y'all need to train your workers to know how to make smoothies because mine was NASTY- I had to throw away a costly smoothie. I won't go back to this location again!

They were attentive and made exactly what I wanted. Very friendly.

My daughters and I had lunch here for the first time and were so pleased!! The portions were a very good size, and the food was full of flavor! The ladies working were so pleasant and helpful! We are definitely going back and will try smoothies next time!

These workers have the most unpleasant attitudes and never have smiles on their faces or greet the customers
