Kass is so kind and awesome at her job! She was handling every position during breakfast rush (taking our order at the table, cashier, cooking, etc). We were amazed at how she was balancing everything!
We didn’t order from the kid’s menu, but she still made cute waffle designs for our son!
We are in Alabama temporarily and this was the first restaurant we went to when we arrived and we left with a great impression!
We will definitely return! We recommend this location and specifically tell ask for Kass! 😊
Kid-friendliness: Kass was so sweet! She chatted with our toddler. She also made the waffles into a Mickey Mouse and butterfly!

I walked into this location and there was business going, counter was full and there was 3 booths with one coming opened as I walked into none were clean. I asked about one the booths the server told me when it becomes available I can have a seat. Not problem! However, she took her sweet time to clean up her tables. As ai sat she asked for my drink order, coffee and water and my food order. I proceeded to give the full complete order. She walks away and started helping other customers, I waited patiently. Almost 15 minutes had passed and here comes ma order by another server. I politely asked for my drinks and this server immediately got the drinks after my food was delivered. My server comes and ask if everything is ok, I just looked and continued my meal. My server makes sure she cashes out my check and then got upset because I didn’t leave her the tip she thought she was going to get. I’m a restaurant general manager and I don’t like to complain but this server needs to more with a sense of urgency!

Got up and left because I sat down and was not waiting on 10 minutes. Still not waiting on so I got up and left the service at this restaurant is very poor. They don’t care about anybody. Nobody should wait 10 minutes. They said nothing did not acknowledge you nothing I just got up and left.

First and foremost this was the cleanest location I have seen in years . The staff was polite and welcoming and professional. The food was cooked very well and fresh ingredients and made exactly how I requested. This will be the only location I go to in Montgomery moving forward.
Decided to stop in this morning 10/24/24 and the most professional and welcoming young men and older gentleman were working . STILL very clean environment and again FRESH FOOD . FAST SERVICE . 10 stars for Madison ave. WH ??

This was horrible. I ordered a grit bowl and this is what I got. Customer service was poor and food took forever.
The food was great, my wife and I shared an egg and waffles platter, delicious with plenty of food for both of us. Service was great.
