Went to the store last night, about ten thirty after work. Seems as though waiting on customers is a real bother for those people. Once I got somebody to come to the window to take my order. I ordered a simple hashbrown bowl with chilli. And I was informed that they didn't have any warmed up. It's total terrible customer service. It would be okay to shut this one down, probably.

I was from out of town visiting for my birthday and these ladies and gentlemen were wonderful. The food was wonderful they was wonderful. We was treated really goodโค๏ธ we had a party of 8! The time we went to was11:00am Thank you my beautiful Friends at waffle House ๐Ÿ˜˜

I came today and the food was organized very well.It was all hot.Everything was great service was speedy so I was very happy with that much needed improvement

I believe that we had a new waitress, she was very polite, but I believe that she was intimidated by the cook and possibly the head waitress because it looked while after she took our order to place the order with the cook because she had to wait until the cook and head waitress finished having a personal conversation out loud for the whole restaurant to hear before she could place her order for us and for the customers that were seated behind us. One of the customers behind us apparently we're not pleased with something on their plate when served and when asked to have it redone the cook was loud and rude to the customer and the rest of the guests because of the loudness of her. You could tell by the look on the other customers faces that they did not want to be there to see how she was loud talking to the customer. Owner or manager need to look into this situation. I only say this because my mother waitressed for 18 years and raised six children doing so and all six of us were in the restaurant business each 3 years or more so I am speaking with experience of the restaurant and retail business.

Dont bother ordering online after midnight. 8:30p to 6am to go orders only. Got to the restaurant after estimated pick up time, and still wasn't ready.

The staff was awesome. The manager Mrs Chris is awesome and her waitress with the red hair that was traing new employees did a marvelous job along with taking customers order and giving even great service.... 10 ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ thumbs up from me!!!!!
