Went to go make an order and they cook would not cook my food because I did not park my truck and one of the people inside said that's the waffle House way. If you're a truck driver or a tow truck driver I recommend not going to The waffle House on Carmichael road

My son and I both enjoyed the meal the service and the music. These ladies run a tight ship.
Worst Waffle House Ive ever been to full crew but as I waited for my food they messed up multiple orders and gave a guy a sandwich with a bite taken out of it not to mention not giving me my extra serving of bacon on top of that finishing my order and letting it sit there without passing it out didn’t notice till I got up and asked for not even gonna mention the awful staff

Our server (Miranda, I think!) was so stinkin’ sweet and helpful ? I have dietary restrictions with an autoimmune diagnosis and the manager/cook came over to make sure the way he was about to cook the food would be safe enough for me. I’m so grateful. My partner loved his food too. Such a nice stop along our roadtrip. Wishing yall the best!

It was raining hard!! I pulled up and went inside to order and the staff was so warm and welcoming. I had an extra long week dealing with LIFE and I mistakenly entered a 20.00 tip. They notified me and tried to refund it and I told him don’t worry about it that I was good. He continued to try to give it back and I refused and he looked at me and said God’s gonna bless you!! Little did he know, that was all I needed and more than the food at that moment. I appreciate you all for being kind and wonderful!! Kindness goes a long way and I had been needing someone to remind me that God’s Got Me!!! Sorry I didn’t get your names but it was a Friday night March 8th around 6:15. They were awesome !!!!

The customer service was excellent. The food was just as good. And it was pretty relaxed!Although, we went there to see some chairs thrown and hands flying! There was none of that! ? BOO! I guess we needed to go later in the evening!?
