I placed online order for 2 different plates of food and only got one set of utensils...no napkins..no condiments...I even asked if there was some before I left ...nope!! Had to be at doctor so I didn't check after asking...yall do better!!! Every order should have napkins... utensils.. condiments..!!

Never have I ever received cold food from Waffle House until 12/11/24. Lily was our server, and instead of handing us out food while we wait on a item, my food(while husband was eating his) was sitting on the counter for over 5 minutes just getting cold. When I finally get my food it’s cold, and the gravy that my food was waiting on wasn’t even hot. So at this point I have it in my mind I will just eat when I get home so we get the check, and had to tell her we were missing a waffle(ordered the all star) so we wait for another 5-10 minutes. Get home, finally decide to eat, and lily’s hair was in my waffle and in my gravy. So yeah at that point I spent 40something bucks on some unedible food. Yall lost a good worker when KJ left
I knew something wasn’t right when the counters was dirty and it took a minute for the young waitress to ask me for my order, when only 2 couples was in there… So I order my food then she quickly wanted me to pay and I left a tip when I usually don’t pay until my food is done. My order was simple cheese steak and done on both sides smothered hash browns Well hash browns had to get em to make it twice and still wasn’t right steak under cooked this meal sucked so instead going back in to order I just gave it to my dog n he didn’t touch the hash browns smh
