I live in North Carolina. Came down to Alabama to visit some family and decided to stop at this waffle House. This waffle House, who is the best waffle House experience I’ve had in the last fourth years. Shavon took great care of my allergies and letting the cook Jeannine cooked an amazing breakfast. Customer Service in atmosphere was amazing.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on Texas toast with the eggs scrambled with cheese, a double order of hash browns double-covered, a side of bacon-extra crispy, and a fruit punch. I received my sandwich with my eggs not scrambled with cheese, the chewiest bacon on both the sandwich and the additional side order of bacon, and paid extra for a fruit punch because they forgot it the first time. The food tasted funky, and the bacon was literally so undercooked that I couldn't even eat it so I just tossed it. I do not recommend eating at this location. They can't get even the simplest of instructions right. This may be because the lady didn't write down my order instead just tried to memorize it and clearly that's a flawed strategy considering the quality of what I received back. Great location, terrible everything else.

The worst Waffle House ever. Now about a month ago I paid for Togo food and just walked out because they thought I was tripping asking why I had meats well done and y’all give me eggs to be getting cold. Tonight I tried again SMH. Was given food out of takeout window which the lady sat in bugs that’s was on the window. Worse part was the bacon taste spoil and waffle was soft as a sponge. I don’t even do reviews but I had to get this out and after reading other reviews management need to step in and get the house in order.

Used to love swinging by here after work for a bite but the new staff makes this location a waste of time. The guy that looks like Rick Harrison from pawn stars and the larger old woman are simply bad at their jobs.
They messed up my order with three employees in the building and literally not a single other customer. When I drive back to get my correct order, the big old lady has the nuts to say I ordered incorrectly. Thing is, I ordered on the app and offered to pull it up for her. She got a little less sassy after that.

I ordered take out when I walked in & the lady TAY with a nose ring was so rude . I never experienced a rude waffle house worker before from no Waffle House until today .. over all the food was good . I wouldn’t let TAY assist me anymore thoe

Asked for sugar free syrup and the young lady said they didn't have any. When I told her that another young lady that be the all the time normally puts it in a small container. She stated they didn't have any, but my grits are in that container I was referring to. Then, asked, if I wanted to put syrup on my to go waffle? Why? Only to have a soggy waffle once I get to my destination.
