I ordered take out when I walked in & the lady TAY with a nose ring was so rude . I never experienced a rude waffle house worker before from no Waffle House until today .. over all the food was good . I wouldn’t let TAY assist me anymore thoe
Asked for sugar free syrup and the young lady said they didn't have any. When I told her that another young lady that be the all the time normally puts it in a small container. She stated they didn't have any, but my grits are in that container I was referring to. Then, asked, if I wanted to put syrup on my to go waffle? Why? Only to have a soggy waffle once I get to my destination.
BEST WH AROUND !! Cleanliness, service quality is top notch. I remember it being the worst ie. Staff denying service and locking it early and whatnot but what a turnaround. I forgot my wallet one night and i think the lady manager reached out to me on Facebook and kept it safe. Truly a great place for midnight cravings since Montgomery likes to sleep by 8 PM ???❤️
