The service was great. The omelette left a lot to be desired. It was overcooked and bland. The side of bacon was extra well done with a touch of burn to it. Edible breakfast but again service was top notch.

We visited early in the morning when it was not busy, but the experience felt rushed. The cashier ( Kyha ) came across as rude while speaking, and at one point she even allowed someone to be served ahead of us. She also tended to finish our sentences before we could speak, which made ordering uncomfortable. Additionally, we noticed that the cook was not wearing a hair net or chin net, which raised some concerns about food safety. We hope this feedback is helpful, as we believe these improvements could really enhance the customer experience. They had no hash brown no gravy. Eggs was good tho

Just leaving waffle house now after being kept waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to come take my order while 2 tables who came after me- one with 4+ diners and another with 2 got their orders placed first while I was by myself at the bar. Asked one waitress if I could place my order and she said another waitress would take it. Asked the other one after 10 minutes and she gave me an attitude while staring back at me and growling “ Hold on, SIR” as if I was begging for food. Lol. Really trashy customer service if you ask me.
Owner has responded to a 1 star review stating this is not a reflection of your usual standards. Going by several other 1 star reviews all complaining about your rude employees , it does seem usual for you. I am glad to take my business elsewhere.
