I ordered breakfast online at 8:30, for my coworkers, and was told it’d be ready at 9. I got there at 9, it was not ready yet… it was not busy inside or in the drive thru so why did it take this long. There were employees there.. I waited 30 minutes to receive my order. very frustrating. and on the Bacon, egg, and cheese English muffins were green spots. On every sandwich.

They’re rude and disorderly everytime I go there I get a sense of Sexy Redd & Kodak Black with a side percocets & Molly with hint of jazz black&mild ..Ratchet Selection ..No Napkins No Nothing..This place really needs to hire another staff

By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to!! Went through the drive-through ordered one sandwich and I had to tell her three times over the intercom what I wanted then I got to the window. She was rude as hell never said thank you kiss my a$$ or nothing go to the second window and she just handed my food and slammed the window! Never will go back, this is a reflection on the manager!!!

25 November 2024. 1035 AM Ordered a double combo to dine in. Menu board was 11.29 rang up 11.49, cashier said it was 11.49 after looking at Menu board. Would not give drink cup until food was ready. When food was delivered it was in was in a bag, had to ask for a tray. No napkins,cup top or straw in bag or put on tray. No napkins, drink tops or straws in dining room. I have been going to Wendy's for over 40 years, never seen a Wendy's or any other fast food place like this Wendy's .

Horrible. Food was cold and they took forever to bring it out wouldn't recommend this Wendy's downtown. And I just looked in my bag and these folks cheated me out of one chicken nugget, yeah don't come to this wendys because they don't care. The only good thing from here is the frosty and I know they couldn't mess that up.
This used to be a good Wendy's to go to! It was fast but not anymore! If you go to the drive thru they only take one order at a time! That vehicle pulls up to the window, pays, then they get their order before they take the next one sitting at the menu board! Inside isn't much better! I watched the lady that took mine and a few others orders to back to the line and fix our orders and the the grill guy just stood there and watched! I counted six workers there and only three were actually doing orders for the drive thru and the front counter!

Something negative is happening at this Wendy's...I have had more complaints that praises for this Wendy's. I have noticed that the ladies that used to run the location are no longer there. Morning service is getting slower with limited people working and no sense of urgency. I skipped breakfast today. A couple of days I have ordered sausage biscuits and they were hard, almost like the biscuits were overheated in a microwave. Quality is sinking overall. I no longer get lunch from this location and will stop getting breakfast soon if I continue to get hard biscuits.
