Slow workers. Ordered on the app for drive thru pickup, ended up having to inside. Ordered tenders a baked potato and a reward frosty. Got my tenders out of baked potato and didn’t get the frosty. Such a waste. Do not recommend

The drive through wait for Wednesday night 7:45PM was ridiculous. With one person in front of me at the drive through, I waited 15 minutes and another 10 after I reached the microphone and gave her my order. She asked me to wait again when I got to pay window. Twenty eight minutes total time. RIDICULOUS!!!

I came here the other morning got some breakfast. I seen they opened up at 6:30. I was in the DT by 6:32… nobody answered when I pulled up. Gave them the benefit of the doubt since they just opened I went around the building and back through the DT. Still no answer. Pulled up to the window! Michelle stated they weren’t ready that’s why she didn’t answer me……. That’s all fine and dandy I wouldn’t have been angry if they said something instead she let me sit there. Then got mad and started slamming the window. I will NEVER come back here. Customer service SUCKS!!!!!

We ordered two biggie bags from the drive thru and requested for them to remove the bacon😂the lady working the window could not understand that simple request😭sat there for awhile because she just couldn’t do her job. I swear idk how some of yall keep a job 😂

Asked for the #2 which is the sausage egg and cheese croissant, but receive a plain sausage and biscuit instead! No syrup given for my French toast sticks.
Do they not open on Sunday morning? I just left 2 locations (7/27/25) Madison ave and Ann street both closed I’m confused when the website says “open” always poor service in the “inner city” areas I guess next time I’ll head to the Eastside

I been visiting this Wendy's for years every time I went there I had nothing but good service and every time I asked for my food to be cooked fresh it always was done right I have no complaints
