I went by Wendy’s on Ann St. Montgomery Alabama and ordered a #1 Dave’s double combo meal and this is what I received one of my patties was raw 😡🤬🤢🤮 completely digested please don’t spend your hard earned money here. Waste of money

We came here on veterans day. Heartbreaking experience for my husband who is a disabled vet. They ignored us completely. It felt like we where invisible. It's sad. My husband asked to speak with a manager. The eye roll was the only response we got. This is suppose to be a day to say thank you to thouse that gave so much. It's the small thank you that is disproportionate when you realize what you're thanking for. This location doesn't appreciate that at all. What's more they make vets feel like there invisible without care for the impact that can have. News flash Wendy's, a lot of vets have mental health disabilities as well and behavior like yours could send someone into a mental health crisis. Think about what you do before you do it. This is not ok.

Manger and employees will let you stand there like your invisible they don't greet you at all... Food cold tables unclean floors dirty & they get angry when you bring your order back in like I did something wrong

I had a horrible experience with 5 employees no one said anything when walking in. Waited 15min. for someone to take my order very racist place since everyone just was ignoring me and my friend. This place wasn't very welcoming at all. Won't be back. The food was cold.

I understand food prices are going up but the service isn't getting any better just spent $32 on 3 sandwiches and get home and it's not even close to being right I can't even eat it because it's the spicy chicken and I can't eat spicy food and if you try to take it back you just spend more money on gas it's sad most people it takes 4 hours of work just to buy this meal to enjoy so I just worked 3 hours to not eat tonight thanks wendy's for robbing me of 3 hours of work gas dinner stress and you are the best felonies out there

I go to this location less and less as I'm tired of my order being wrong and the long wait time. Tonight they didn't repeat my order back correctly so I corrected it, but then when I checked it after getting home they gave me what they repeated back to me even though I had corrected it. And they responded as though they heard me after I corrected the order. And to top it off they never give a receipt so I can't go on Wendy's website to give feedback.
