I don't know if y'all were just having a bad night.. understaffed.. or just didn't care tonight.. but if I could give 0 stars I would. Everything was so cold.. our burgers cheese was not even melted lol.. buns not warmed.. missing half my order anyways and the half is did get is inedible..

I would rather you just stay home then to play in my food ..my fries were cold ..I ordered a coke ..I taste it ..it’s a Diet Coke…my burger was barely edible ..I could have just thrown my money out the window..that’s basically what I did..

Went to Wendy’s on Ann st food was not prepared well! Went for a burger and got food poisoning! Never again !Went back in after I noticed I had a molded burger and the employees thought it was funny ! Top dog law!

Pulled up to drive thru nobody answered or took order waited almost ten minutes and no answer. This is at 145pm. I pull around to the window and a girl opens and I'm like is nobody taking orders? She just looked at me like I was crazy and said she didn't take your order and I said no. She just stared at me like she was super high and said nothing! Very weird.... Decided to go elsewhere for food. Might be wise to go elsewhere.

Went through the drive through Saturday evening (June 2025) with my 2 grands in the back seat of my car. Order the $8 meal, which tasted pretty good. Gave the cashier a $50 bill. I was waiting on my change. I was distracted by my grandkids and the cashier handing me my food, condiments, and drinks. I didn't even think about my change anymore. I drove off. The next day I was looking everywhere for my change ($41.20). Couldn't find it. Then I thought about Wendy's. So I decided to go and speak with the manager and talked to her about my situation. And I thank God that I did. Because this shift manager, which I didn't get her name, was very honest and said the register was over the amount that I did not receive the day before. Thank God for honest people like her. May God continue to bless you.

Ordered some baconator fries at 11:30 yesterday online when got off work . girl say “we not selling no more baconator fries after this “ gave me fries with just shredded cheese nothing else ..terrible .. never hitting that location late ever again
I went by Wendy’s on Ann St. Montgomery Alabama and ordered a #1 Dave’s double combo meal and this is what I received one of my patties was raw 😡🤬🤢🤮 completely digested please don’t spend your hard earned money here. Waste of money

We came here on veterans day. Heartbreaking experience for my husband who is a disabled vet. They ignored us completely. It felt like we where invisible. It's sad. My husband asked to speak with a manager. The eye roll was the only response we got. This is suppose to be a day to say thank you to thouse that gave so much. It's the small thank you that is disproportionate when you realize what you're thanking for. This location doesn't appreciate that at all. What's more they make vets feel like there invisible without care for the impact that can have. News flash Wendy's, a lot of vets have mental health disabilities as well and behavior like yours could send someone into a mental health crisis. Think about what you do before you do it. This is not ok.
