I haven't eaten at Wendy's in years. Thought I would give them a try since their singles are 99 cents in the App. I made an order in the App here in the parking lot just now. It's charging me just over $6. My total ticket is $17. I went in and the lady at the counter couldn't help me at all and had the attitude that it wasn't her job to help. So, I want into my rewards and brought up the QR code asked her to scan it and I would just order here at the register. She picked it up and told me that their scanners didn't work!@??She didn't offer to help in any way. She wasn't wearing a name tag but had tattoos on both arms. So I went to the Kiosk to order a small Orange Creamsicle Frosty because it is being advertised heavily on TV. I placed my order and paid. Went to the front counter where i was told that it wasn't available. Arggg. If its not available take it off the Kiosk. Poor customer service!!!I went to Chick fil A. Great food and service!

went in with wife for a llate unch and we were only ones inside and the employees were so loud and hollering at top of there lungs / screaming laughing and horseplaying around talking about rated R stuff to each other they were so loud i couldnt here my wife talk while we were sitting down to eat they have no customer service skills the girl just thru the bag of food at me didnt say have good day nothing just stomped off back to her hollering at other coworkers they acting like they were at home instead of work will never return here who the manager here Bozo the clown

This was my first visit to this particular Wendy's. I was confused on how the Wendy's app works and I am very frustrated that the app does not work. I wanted what is being advertised all over television, Dave's double for $2.00. Two women working there could not figure it out like myself. One said I needed to have points. The advertisement says nothing about having points because it allowed me to have the other part of the advertisement, Dave's single for $1.00. I feel like I am in communist China.20 March 2024

Never has menu items after a particular time along with some flemsy excuse. When its actually done to the fact of just not wanting to do the job. The two unfortunate times I showed up was always the 2nd shift. So as far as the 1st shift is concerned I can not speak on . But the 2nd shift is worthless. Seems like when the cat is away the mice are at play. Do not go there at night unless you are management and you are trying validate this claim or you are a secret shopper or something.

My coworker and I dined in last week for lunch. We couldn't wash our hands because there was no soap or paper towels at the washing station, and both bathrooms were locked. (When we asked, we were told there was no toilet paper. There were also no napkins in the restaurant.)We were the ONLY two people inside the restaurant while the drive thru seemed busy. Most of the attention was given to them as we had to wait several minutes before anyone took our order.After being seated for our meal, two transient men entered the restaurant and began asking my coworker and me for money. When we refused, he stood around by our table and talked, but we kept our eyes focused on our food.The second man moved in to ask us for money as soon as the first one walked away. When we refused, he walked to the trash can inside the corner of the restaurant and proceeded to go through the garbage can, fishing out receipts and various containers.All the while, not one employee noticed or made any effort to ask the men to leave.While I am usually comfortable eating out in this part of the city, this day --- and this restaurant --- were particularly off. I probably won't be back. You should definitely avoid dining in at this location if you are alone. Don't even think about it after dark...even if accompanied.

Terrible service. Lobby doors have been locked since this location opened. All others in town are open to help customers. Maybe hire someone to work the inside counter? Sat at drive-through until I drove off. Also, stop automatically upcharging your customers for a large, if they don't ask for it.
Drive thru. You have to wait at least 10 minutes before they would even say anything to you when you're the only one in line. Then, when you pull up yo the window, you're waiting 10 more minutes just for a salad. And don't mention the attitudes and the eye rolling.Its like they're mad you came.And this is all the time.

Very run down inside. Order was wrong but didn't go back. I know to check next time. Cushions on bench seats has rips in the seats with packing tape covering them up. Floor was greasy. Don't recommend. Service was okay once I received it. Biggest problem was order being wrong. I didn't go back as I picked up on the way home 3 miles away.
