Staff is lazy and does not want to work. Let alone have customer service…. I waited 20 minutes just to order food so I walked out

Absolutely the worst location in the city. There's a reason you never see any customers. I've been twice in over a month and BOTH times the employees were clearly on drugs and moving incredibly slow. I watched one guy put on gloves and then dig in his hair. Management does not care and they should all be fired.

I went through the drive-through and I must say I was pleased. It was fast, friendly service, and the food was hot.

I usually come here for a quick lunch however, the employees are usually yelling and cursing very unprofessional and disrespectful I have actually started to go to another location because of the rude employees

I just left there the drive thru person was rude and how you have no chilly and it's cold she says chilly nor potato ready ...I never was given a receipt...and the manger Monica had no way of given me anything to share my experience there I stay close but after that ...I will travel farther before I go back do better

Night shift don't like to work. Talking amongst one another is more important, poor customer service. Rushing you to order like they have better things to do. The food was surprisingly fresh for about 10 min.

Food - Overpriced to start with. My Dave’s single patty was probably 2 hours old. Took them 7 min to “fix” an already made salad. The baconator was cold and the bacon didn’t taste like bacon. The only good thing I can say about the food is that the fries were hot and salty.
Service - Everyone seemed to be confused about everything that was and wasn’t going on. Extremely slow. Like ridiculously slow. Must have waited at least 20 min after we ordered for food thats crap.
Atmosphere - This was my first indicator that we should have left. As soon as we entered the building our shoes were sticking to the floor, most everything appeared that it needed a good cleaning. Noticed their health rating was a 91. I wish I would have looked closer at it because I’m pretty sure that they posted it upside down. It won’t let me select 2 types of dining. At first we were going to dine in but because it took so long it turned into takeout.
Overall - I can’t rate this place low enough. Do not eat here. Go anywhere else in Montgomery. If you absolutely must eat here use the drive through so you don’t have to experience the inside.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star but that older lady who is the manager that works night’s attitude is horrible! The food was not good and also was told they don’t issue refunds after they charged me twice for same item

As an African American man, Im just tired of seeing companies, (specifically restaurants) adjust to the lifestyles and poor hygienes of this generation. I will not eat at this establishment, it is clear that the owners goal is focused only on revenue at any cost.
Here is a young black male working in the kitchen french fry area with his pants sagging so low off his azz that he had to keep pulling them up every 30 seconds.
Not only is this poor tast in a company dress code, as you can clearly see the crack of his butt, but whats worse is that every 30 seconds his pand would slip down and he would pull them up with his hands USING THE GLOVES that is suppose to protect customers from germs. The gloves are required for a reason. The fact that this restaurant allows this to happen while there own cameras are in place tells me that management needs to return to another Food Safety training course. Working with food and using the gloves designed to protect customer from germs, to pull up your dirty pants to cover your draws is just Nasty! The manager and the employee needs to be fired. But the owners put these restaurants in black communities and just don't care.
