We stopped at this location since it was right off the highway but it was extremely disappointing. We ordered inside and took the food to go. While we waited, we used the restrooms. One toilet was inoperable with vomit in it so the smell was unbearable. There weren’t any paper towels in either restroom. The self serve soda machine did not have any ice and the screen was filthy with fingerprints. It looked like it had never been cleaned off, you could hardly make a selection. The food was cold and the french fries were not cooked all the way. If you are considering this as a meal option, don’t bother and keep going.

I hate this Wendy’s with a passion at this point. Everytime I go lately you wait for 30 plus minutes for some COLD food. On top of that the order wrong so now I gotta wait even longer. I’m so sick of it. Will be contacting corporate asap. Obviously they don’t want the job anyway

When I came to this location it was not busy at all. I ordered a $5 biggie bags with no moderations. I got a burger no cheese and only bacon on it. This location is very sad and it obvious that the workers are only there to get a pay check and care nothing about people who pay money for simple food service. This location needs to be closed down because the bare minimum is still too much for these lazy workers .
Rude employees. Foul language and complete disrespect for customers. Go somewhere else. Left without food because cashier slammed door in my face while cussing at other employees.

When we arrived the drive thru wasn’t at all busy but we sat there for a good 30 minutes behind 2 cars until we finally told them we have a mobile order. We rudely told me to pull to the window, and we got our right drinks, but we didn’t get straws and our order was completely wrong. we got half of our order i didn’t even receive my full order and neither did my other girl that ordered her food. we maybe got a full sandwich and a smaller one but that was it. I wouldn’t recommend eating here, we had to go back in and get our order corrected but it took even longer.

By far the absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Out of everything (guy in front of me couldn’t get a frost because machine was broken, no Diet Coke, no caffeine free Diet Coke, no diet Dr Pepper, no tea). I ordered my husband a junior cheeseburger plain, and literally was given two pieces of bread and a beef patty. No cheese! I also ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomato, and I get a sandwich with nothing but chicken and mayo, no lettuce. There was also a lot of loud cussing by the employees in the back. So bad!!!

If negative stars were available this Wendy's in South Montgomery would get them.
I paid extra to add Cheese and pickle but nowhere to be found in sandwich. On top of that, the Lettuce that is a default ingredient was also missing. Overall, I customized it and paid extra but they even removed what comes with it.
Didn't have Sprite, other than that, everything else was ok.
Not well cared for. Bathrooms are repulsive.
