Found plastic in my son's kid meal burger, it was big enough to easily be seen and had cheese put on top of it and the manager and employees seemed to be unbothered. Thankfully my son did not choke on the plastic.

This location is just awful, from the customer service to the food! Long wait times in drive thru at least 10 min per car. Witnessed a drive-through cashier walk outside the building to her car, with at least 6 cars in drive-through! ( I was car number 6) Then, when you get to the window, they don't greet you. Don't be mad at us cause you chose that career path!

Customer service wasnt....ordered sweet tea got unsweetened, ordered coke got cherry coke, ordered bacon double stack got no bacon, and you call that a double stack...wendys what are you doing...these shouldn't even be called burgers. Let's talk about the chili...yuck! It was the reason I went. I use to love wendys chili. What have yall done to it??? NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT ANY WENDY'S! This done it for me.

Been here many times. Not sure how I haven't reviewed. My last visit was ok. The restaurant is newly renovated but is not terribly clean and stocked, missing napkins and ketchup at the bar, cookie display nothing but crumbs and the ketchup pumps looked like they have been empty and uncleaned forever. But my meal was ok. Fries were hot but not really seasoned and the sandwich was ok but the patty was hot and the rest was cold, made for a strange contrast, lots of bacon though. Overall not my first Wendy's choice in town.

The service is horrible! Past 8 they are out of EVERYTHING! No lemonades, not tea no NOTHING! Everybody don’t drink sodas! They food is hot I give them that but that’s about it! Horrible horrible service! The whole entire night crew need to be fired! I told she/him not to worry about the drink and still charged me for it! She/he was VERY impatient! Rushing ppl to order act like he/she was mad at the world or the job he/she has! It’s not our fault you choose that career!10/29/2024

October 11, 830pm. I have not been to Wendy's in over 10 years and what caught my attention were the reviews on youtube going around about their crabby patty burger meal. My husband and I are big kids, so we got really excited to try this. We went to the one in Eastchase first but they said they don't have any more meat for the Patty's. Ok that was a bit strange. I followed the other person out of line, who I'm sure wanted the same thing, and went to the Wendy's on Vaughn road in front of Office Depot. We were still excited. I get to the menu to order and I was waiting for someone to speak for 2-3 minutes. She spoke eventually. I asked nicely, "Do you all have the capability of making a crabby Patty meal tonight?" The person taking the order said she didn't understand what I meant so I repeated It. "Do you have the capability of making a crabby patty meal? The other location ran out of meat." She said yes and the gentleman in the background said no. I asked do you have your Frosty Machine working and she said yes while the gentleman in the background said no. I said okay "Can I order two of those meals?" She said yes and the gentleman in the background said no. Disregarding the sarcasm from the person in the background we still went to the window. The woman that came to the window had a frown on her face like she was unhappy with an attitude. While getting my card to pay I spoke to her and said I wasn't trying to be confusing and let her know that the other location said they ran out. She gave me the cold shoulder, all but shrugged, and ignored me, handed me my food, handed me my card, closed the window in my face, and walked away. No thanks or receipt. I was in shock looking at the other employee that was hovering around cleaning until I drove off. I thought that was the rudest customer service that I've ever had in my entire life and I just spent $25 on those expensive meals. I don't spend that much at fast food restaurants, but made an exception because it was SpongeBob. Really it's not about the amount. It's about the respect. I was friendly to her and she was unfriendly to me. He was too in the background. I think that if you don't want to be friendly then you should not be at the window taking people's orders or working customer service jobs. That just makes sense. The excitement about the crabby patty was no longer of interest after that. I haven't gone to Wendy's in over a decade and I won't be back even longer now. Plus the sandwiches did not look like they were made by anyone that cared. No wonder there was only one person in line at this location.

I wish they would shut this location down ASAP! You can ask for your food to be cooked fresh and they still won’t do it. They refuse to give you a receipt, by stating they are out of paper. Food is uncooked to the point of still be stuck together, breading is raw. You are never greeted, no thank you, what can I get for you, or have a great day! Nasty attitudes, TERRIBLE STAFF AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, and PROPERTY IS ALWAYS TRASHED! Grease doesn’t look to be changed often either, you can smell and taste it. Just a terrible location overall!

I swear i hate this wendy’s. literally the worst one in montgomery. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. i come here, food always stale and cold. and the workers always have the worst attitudes. like all the time. every time. i’m always cut off instead of them listening to my order… and my food is never right. this wendy’s is so terrible. i hate it

At this point I don’t even understand why this wendys is still open. I went to get a salad and they couldn’t even make a salad correct! I didn’t even have a full grill patty for the salad on top of that the meat was hard! Salad looks old I will be contacting cooperate this is sad

Staff here was mad unfriendly and didn't have a good attitude. They didn't have anything to drink, and was messing up people's orders. You could tell they didn't care about their job, fries were not hot or crispy. Would not recommend this location, I wouldn't work here either.

Had my first Wendy's in years recently - a double cheeseburger combo. The restaurant was clean, the food hot and fresh, and my order came out quickly.

My one criticism was the Ketchup dispensers were empty. Other than that all was well.
