I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience at the Wendy’s location on Vaughn Road in Montgomery, Alabama. I came through the drive-thru and was immediately asked to hold. I waited without any issue. When the employee returned, there was no greeting, no apology for the wait, and the tone from the beginning was unpleasant. As I started placing my order, she yelled that she couldn’t hear me. I spoke up, but her attitude became even more disrespectful. I calmly told her that there was no need to be rude and that I would pull forward. At that point, a manager named Keke became involved and appeared to defend the employee rather than address the situation appropriately. I simply wanted to place my order and receive basic customer service. Instead, I felt like I had to explain myself to staff members when I was not the one being unprofessional. My children were in the vehicle, and for their sake, I chose not to escalate the situation further. However, the level of disrespect and lack of professionalism shown by both the employee at the window and the manager was unacceptable. I came to purchase food, not to be treated rudely. I hope this matter is addressed properly, and that staff at this location are retrained on respectful communication and customer service standards. The absolute worst. Placed a mobile order and when I got to store 10 minutes later they had not started. They were not even busy. They ask me to pull up to the front and I told them I would if someone came up behind me. They didn’t like that, and said they were on a timer and they needed me to drive forward to make the timer stop. I said I would wait until someone got behind me to leave. She said I was rude and nasty and stormed off. After they gave me my food I asked for a manager. When they came I ask for a refund because I didn’t trust the food that was made. They refused and instead gave me “another” meal. Needless to say I didn’t eat it. Called corporate and waiting on a refund.

Do not go here. Me and the wife ordered food this morning. 2 sausage biscuits and 2 sausage and gravy bowls. Took them 25min, oh and when they bring the food out they tell us we don't know how to make the bowl so they gave us a biscuit with gravy poured on it. I mean come on everyone knows how make a bowl with biscuits and gravy.
