First off, the doors are locked when I arrive. Cool, pull up to drive thru window tell them I’m picking up a mobile order. Get told to drive back around (I’m the ONLY ONE IN LINE) to order at the window. Go around, tell them the same and get told to pull back to the window. Lady makes my drink, it’s dripping in soda, ask for a napkin to wipe it down, told they’re in the bag. Check bag, no straw for said drink, have to ask. Whoever on the inside and lady working the window clearly cannot be bothered with the customers. Fries were lukewarm at best and no ketchup in the bag. Couldn’t be bothered to even address it after the other shenanigans. Will NEVER come back to this location.

Absolutely horrible experience. Paid right at $28 for two meals and only got meat and bread. This location was out of onions, pickles and lettuce! If you cannot order what the menu has, close down the restaurant until you have the ingredients.
We pay far too much on food these days not to get what we order. We pay for simple items like lettuce, onions and pickles so make sure you order your produce. This is a very bad lack of management. If they cannot order the basics, they probably lack in food safety.
We will not return to this location again. The employees were also rude about not having these items and never even tried to apologize.

Drive through service was good. Got our food, had an order of baconator fries. Pull in a parking place and check and see there is 1 piece of bacon and not enough cheese to cover 2 fries 😅 I took them back end and the manager said that was 1 scoop of cheese if you wanted more you’ll have to pay for them. Very rude with an attitude!

The staff last night were incredibly rude. First, the girl said they were “out” of the new Oreo drink. When I asked what frosty flavors they DID have, she said they were out of ALL of them. The #1 single combo had cold, soggy fries and the cheeseburger was a JOKE. When I got to the window, she hollered (made no attempt to make sure I didn’t hear) to the back that I guess that I was “making them work”. Even after that, I get it was hot- I get it was Friday night- but if you don’t want to do your JOB, go home! I was STILL nice and told her thank you and I hope she had a great night— she slammed the window in my face. I get its slim pickings and you can’t find good help, but do better, Wendy’s!

Stopped to get a chicken wrap. Only car in the drivethrough, no one inside. Asked me to pull up and wait. Cook and window lady to busy laughing and cutting up. Come on guys.
