At this wenys thay let there worker talk to you how ever they like.just had someone be so rud to me its not funny and they was rushing me the whole time I was trying to order my food through the drive-thru.if i may add i really thank that this location should be closed down not only are they rud the place is dirty and nasty.and the host courtney was just down right rud and ulgy to me and my husband.I have neaver been treated so bad in my life at a fast food place. I can't really do anythaing about how they was to me but i can make sure that no one else has to go thought that ever.

Ordered a Small Fry and the cashier put it is as a small chili. I corrected her as I could see my order on the screen facing me and she said it was the same price and too late to change it (I hadn’t even paid yet)and they would make sure to give me a fry.Not only is the chili 50 cents more than a small fry but I didn’t even get the fry when they gave me my order because “that’s not what’s on your receipt.”

Came through here today to grab lunch. Barbara took my order and has to be the rudest customer service I have had in a very long time. No smile , I asked how are you today? Barbara did not respond. I asked for a copy of my receipt, Barbara rolled her eyes at me and when I responded with a thank you , she didn’t respond again. If you don’t like your job Barbara , find a new one and don’t take your frustration out on customers that are making sure you have the opportunity to earn a wage.

I ordered a burger and 4 nuggets through the mobile app and picked it up through the drive-thru. I got back to work and opened the burger to see a long hair stuck between the 2 patties and melted cheese. I drove back to the restaurant and asked to see the manager. A lady with long hair that wasn't in a hair net spoke with me and then called for the actual manager who made a half attempt to apologize for the hair in the burger. She asked if I wanted them to remake it, which I declined. I never want food from there again. I asked for a refund which they said I had to go through the mobile app to get the refund since I ordered through the app. I am extremely disgusted by food and their attitudes toward how they handle the situation.
The lobby stunk of garbage. The floor was wet, sticky and greasy. The staff argued with each other. I don't know if I will ever go back there.
