The way one of the male employees just violated me tonight, not coming back to this establishment. I flushed the toilet and yelled twice and a male employee walked in on me while using the restroom
I had a mobile order and when I got there my order wasn't there. The gentleman said he couldn't find my order. I have to reorder my food and end up waiting for almost an hour.

Horrible service, didn't have correct change to give me back and didn't plan on giving me any change. Didn't give me a receipt and after I asked for one I was told the printer isn't working. Terrible service will never come here again. And young lady working the register should go back through training and school, oh she couldn't count either.

“I recently visited Wendy’s Restaurant #00001262 and ordered the chili cheese potato with a Coke. The experience was fantastic! This is the worst WENDYS in Montgomery AL, the crew is extremely rude… they don’t make the chili because they don’t want to make it, the drink machines don’t work, the place is always nasty, the drive thru wait is always 15-20 minutes long, the food is always cold… it’s not a good Wendy’s, genuinely not a good Wendy’s… I don’t think cooperate checks on this Wendy’s at all, they should come at night and see the service we get..
