I've tried coming here a few times during normal Hours of the day and everytime they are "not open at this time" OR "not serving anyone at this time" I understand once or twice it's been at least 5 times now. I'll just go to whataburgernext door.

First thing hollared at me when I walk in is "Cash Only" I should known by that reception to turn around and leave. Ordered a Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich which is completely forgotten about until I come to the counter asking about it. After I noticed others that came after me get their food I knew something was up. When they rushed and got my sandwich heady said here is your food. No apology whatsoever. It no wonder Chick-Fil-A does so much better.

I don't even want to give this place one star. My husband and daughter were inside at the restroom. They locked me and my son outside. Absolutely ridiculous. Wouldn't unlock it or anything. Sorry management and sorry establishment. I'm sure the place will be closed in less than a year. They might as well close down.

They only took half of my order. It was very dirty and loud inside and the workers were not wearing gloves when they got my food.

1 star is too much… if you are responsible for the management of this store, i must express my disappointment with the overall operation of this specific store. i believe it reflects poorly on the establishment. corporate should shut this location out so there could be a better restaurant to occupy this building.

Every single time that I stop at this Wendy's, they are out of something. Usually more than one. I went through the drive-thru, and they told me they were only doing mobile orders. Fine. I pull into a spot and make a mobile order. 10-Piece spicy chicken nugget, baconator fry, two barbecue sauces. Get to the window and they don't have spicy nuggets, cheese sauce, or barbecue. I ended up with a 10 piece regular nugget, ranch (which I don't like), and a chili cheese fry (Cold fries and cold chili). And this is a regular occurrence happening at least once a week. Who ever does the ordering needs retraining. I don't think I'll be back again.
