I was in the drive thru and the lady asked for my order 3 times, and came back a 4th time asking what my order was while laughing. I’m not sure what the joke was but this was incredibly rude. This happened around 5:25 on March 11, 2026. Please get staff that actually want to work and do their job. The store wasn’t busy either so this was just odd behavior.

Last visit was a complete waste of time. Expensive Burger, fries, and a drink. Burgers were NOT up to Dave's standard, we're pre-made, cool, just yuck! If you're going to charge restaurant prices for fast food, then meet your originator's higher standards. Will be quite a while before we visit this location.

We were in town for my daughter’s birthday weekend and she wanted Wendy’s. The staff here went above and beyond any Wendy’s we have ever experienced. Would definitely recommend this location over any other.

Without a doubt, this is the most disgusting place I've ever experienced in a restaurant. The girl at the window. When it came time to return my credit card, she handed it back to me covered in blood. She told me it was because her nose was bleeding. She wasn't wearing gloves and kept putting her fingers in my nose. But the worst part was that she did it in a mocking way, meaning laughing. I don't recommend going to this place.
The food was not good, and it was cold. They were out of alot of the drinks in the machine and the wait was long. The staff was friendly.

Don't go to this Wendy's!!! They will screw your order up every time. I asked for the honey butter chicken biscuit combo, and they gave me something completely opposite of what I ordered!!! Needless to say, that will be my last trip to this Wendy's.

This Wendy’s has the worst employee customer service. Even speaking with a general manager/manager they advised they would send me a gift card and I never received it. The drive-through automatically denies issuing a refund. The food is not freshly made. Overall they need to shutdown this store. Poor Customer Service
