This location needs to get better. The cashier was too busy yelling about “cracking” peoples heads in the back of the kitchen while I’m trying to pay at drive thru, then halfway getting the bag out the window before letting it go so it almost falls and doesn’t make sure you’re entire order is in the bag…it’s really sad.

I went through the drive thru, which was in double lane mode, and was literally trapped for 45 minutes! They were so unbelievably slow and I couldn't get out of line because of car gridlock. When I got my food, it was cold. That was absolutely insane. I was late to an appointment because of this. Calling corporate to complain, which I have never done before with any company in my 42 years of life. Make your drive thru escapable, maybe don't do double lane if you know you are going to be slow. What if someone had a medical emergency?? The speed of service is insanely slow. Workers aren't friendly. Absolutely the worst fast food service I've ever encountered. This place almost got a test of my 4WD with a curb jump onto their lawn.

What is the point of ordering curbside ahead of time, when they are just going to start your order after you arrive. Then you get to wait as people order their food and when they have time, then they might bring it to your car. They do understand the curbside is right in front of the window and you can see them chit chatting and wandering around?
