I order 30 wings 20 extra hot flavor and 10 BBQ flavor. I paid for $30 wings $29.99 plus tax today and I only got 23 wings in the box and not 1 BBQ wings were no where to be found and I waited for them since I wanted them extra crispy. I tried to call back up there no answer. If I knew I needed to count my wings before I pull off I would of before I got all the way home and disappointed ☹️ and no one are answering the phones when I call to let them know about my order just not right. I’m not going to lie the wings are good but you all are wrong for not given me the correct quantity of the wings I purchased. I rate a 1 on food & service since they shortage my wings. Other than that they would have got 4/5. Whomever the manager I still want my 7 wings that you all didn’t put in my box.

I ordered a Philly steak sandwich with the peppers on the side. I got home and the peppers were throughout my sandwich. I called to let them know and the phone rang and rang. No answer. About the fifth time I phoned there was a recording saying the voice mail had not been set up. Needless to say my meal was a waste! Answer your phone so you can correct your mistakes!!!

The wings were pretty good. The extra hot weren't all that hot, but they were very flavorful. I got back in line to buy an extra ranch. When I returned to the window, the lady asked me if I was buying a 10 piece combo. I answered, "No, I want extra ranch. Does it cost extra?" She explained that it would be extra & that it was .45 cents. I said okay & proceeded to hand her my card. This lady charged me $15.16 for a combo... After trying to refund my money, she comes back to the window to let me know that I would not be able to purchase the extra ranch with a card & that I would only be able to use cash... This whole situation pissed me off, being that I came ALLL the way on this side of town to try these wings (cheat day.) Luckily they're close to Walmart. Pitiful customer service. Probably won't be back, solely based on how that situation was handled ??
