Was not please with my food that was ordered on 3-38-2025. I asked for medium sauce with lite lemon pepper. They gave me lemon pepper wings with no sauce. They took them back n just pour a little sauce on top. Also the fries was not cooked all the way.

I’ve been going to this Wing Master since they’ve been in Montgomery. I’ve always ordered lemon peppered mild wings..the last 2 visit I asked for lemon pepper mild wings crispy..they repeat my order and say mild lemon pepper I correct them and say no lemon pepper mild..I get to the window and they have given me mild wings wet with lemon pepper sprinkles..That’s not what I ordered..I’m going to try it again and if they give me what they want me to have I will ask for a refund..I know what I want..I’m paying you, please give me what I ask for..Too many new faces.

Nice place workers are very friendly courteous once going a lot as I do they know your face the food is OMG it's popping cooked just right seasoning just right hot hot and fresh when you receive it I eat get full and sleep like a baby I do recommend this restaurant highly and you get your money worth and it's very clean in the lobby and dining area they do be busy but you you don't have to wait long and when you receive your order you will be happy because it's hot and fresh (My #1 Restaurant.)

I'll never again patronize!!! The wings are waayyy too small!! You can't order online or go into the store and they obviously don't take call-in orders because they NEVER answer the phone!!

I have been here several times growing up , the food is good but they have crazy Stipulations on sauces , If I am a customer and i am paying for a service and what I’m asking for isn’t crazy I expect to Get want I’m asking for as a customer the pays for your service
Update: I got the sauces I wanted after I came back saying I wanted to return the wings I bought. It shouldn’t have gotten that far. I think they be to rethink some of their policies.

I love this place! The last 2 visits this week, the wings are smaller, and overcooked. Tried calling to speak with someone but the phone just rings. The fries are undercooked. I don't know what is going, but please fix it! I recommend this place to everyone but right now IM DISAPPOINTED... Bring back the plump, juice wings and we'll cooked fries.

I believed this place had potential evidence by the line that was wrapped around the corner when passing by. So I decided to make a u turn. I ordered the lemon Pepper combo meal and it was not what I expected. What lemon pepper because it just tasted like non breaded no flavor wings. The fries contained no salt. As a tourist passing through I’m disappointed and would not recommend stopping here if you want some good wings on the road.
