Went there after horrible experience before and it has gotten worse order a dry rub and the amount of grease on my food was ridiculous order buffalo ranch fries a large but gave me a small then they were out of the signature ranch sauce so no buffalo fries then asked for crispy wings but guess they were refried wings cause they were too dried out

The Time On the Website Stated Wingstop opens at 10:30 A.M. I Walked to the front door and the Door was locked. The sign on the Door stated WingStop open from 11:00 A.M. Until Midnight. So I took time out to wait an additional 30 minutes until 11:00 A.M. Walked In WingStop to place an Order and the young man told me I have to place my Order Online! Wow, this was an Horrible Experience. I love WingStop, but I'm Done!! Next.
I ordered a 10 piece meal combo, the fries were burnt and cold, the wings had no flavor at all, cashier acted like she didn't want to be there, I will never cone here again, 15.00 wasted on a meal.

Destinee the cashier ver rude very very rude the maager on duty had them immediately fix my food I should have checked my food it was horrible it was not correct i ordered lemon pepper i got some plain hard wings reciept saved if it was not storming i would go get my refund but i will definitely stop by wth the wings and my reciept when i get off tomorrow rude cashier horrible service

Overall the experience was not all that, I placed my order at 6:03pm and received my order over thirty minutes and no telling the people before and DoorDash how long they be waiting . Ridiculous. Then the manager gonna say thanks for you guys patience, excuse me , um you the only doing the wings and placing in the box. Anyway got my food , it was cool not hot , the sauce was everywhere too much not enough on the wings. Not the best ??
