Worst wing stop Ive ever been to. Paid online, didn’t have the sauce requested (but was available online for selection) and didn’t have any fountain drinks (which I paid for online). Worker refused to cancel order and offered no help. 100% will not be back to this location.

This place should be shut down. Everything was wrong: the Coca Cola fountain had Diet Coke connected to it. I wasn’t aware until I got half way home and my drink tasted disgusting. The chicken was half cooked and the seasoning was missing. Imagine chewing on soggy deep fryer cardboard dipped in slime. I had drove too far to turn back. I just lost $15. Now I still got to go buy lunch.

I guess I have gotten lucky the last 2 times I've visited this location. I notice both times the manager with the black head wrap was working. My food was fresh and well sauced on both occasions and the customer service was also great. I always say wingstop isn't good outside of Florida but what ever changes yall have made since the first few months of opening have made this location one of my favorites. I visited this location when it first opened and it was terrible in every way. Maybe it just depends on the shift and who is working. I will call ahead to see who is working going forward to make sure the manager with the head wrap is on shift.

Very poor service... ordered ahead only to get old wings and corn... service was poor staff is very unprofessional and some of the managers... they told me I could get a replacement order and when I tried to get it they kept saying someone took the paper with my name down on it so they couldn't Remake it. Yet telling me what order I had and that they know I hadn't picked it up yet.. they were very rude and inconsiderate.
