WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

Food is cooked to order. Small seating area is kept clean. Service is excellent. Wings are the perfect size and taste fresh. So far my favorite flavor is honey garlic. I tried the burger today and it was really good.

Greeted time I walked. Wasn't a long wait. Food was fresh and hot! Will be back.

Order delivery from them a lot. Always get their veggie rice and ask for yum yum sauce.9 times out of 10 it not there. Whoever is packing the bags needs to be fired. Always missing something.

What a disappointment! Worked late so ordered two wing plates with sauce on the side with mozzarella sticks. Uber delivered it and the driver was so sweet and polite. Got the dinners in and Surprise! No sauce! Wings were over cooked and dry. Fries were undercooked. No ketchup packets offered. At least the mozzarella sticks were decent but would be better with dipping sauce. Tried calling the store on three different occasions, recording tried three times stating the line was busy and to try later. I try to give good/great reviews but can’t this time. We’ve had been here before years before with a great experience. I hope they get step up.🙏🏼

I arrived at 1245 on a Thursday and their "open sign" was lit. Their hours also showed they were open. There were people sitting eating but the doors were locked. The lady behind the counter shook her head no. Then they cut the "open sign" light off. This is not acceptable and unprofessional as a business. So many people walked up to pull the door and was in complete confusion.

The food was flavored okay, but poorly prepared. Thrown in the bags without any concern if it spilt or not. The boneless wings were under cooked. The burger was competed wrong. The woman at the counter was on FaceTime and when I asked about my lemonade she shoved a coke in my face with a lid that didn't fit. Will not be returning.

I love how they protect the door dash orders. It is placed in a big brown bag and stapled. I'm also thankful for bottle drinks being offered. The food was pretty good as well.

I ordered the not closed on Sunday combo FRIED!! Can anyone tell me why I received 2 fried chicken tenders!! WHAT!! 9.00 plus tax for 2 tenders, fries and a drink!! And this man started talking in Spanish!! And I’m not racist either just mad because I couldn’t understand. Could have been saying something crazy!! We all know how this world is!! As high as this place is LET PEOPLE KNOW ITS A CHICKEN TENDER SANDWICH!!

Place was horrible, the counter service was horrible. Me and my wife wanted to find a new wing spot, we walked in, well the place looks nice, but when we ordered we was told we could only get wings and nothing else on the menu. Since that is what we wanted we did not complain. We was told they are closing at 9 and thats the reason. Well the sign says close at 10 and we arrived at 8:52pm, then was told they close that time everyday. Wow if thats the case stop false advertising. Also the food was not good. Will not return! Way over priced for not so good food.

The wings are ok nothing special it just the sauce & seasoning is bad I tried the lemon pepper wings and it tasted just like lemon juice not lemon pepper seasoning It’s like someone took a lemon cut it open and squeezed the juice onto the wings and the sauce on it looked grey and unappealing??‍♀️
