Rude and horrible service! And we have been regular customers for years but the service has gotten terrible. Anything you ask for is a problem. Don't eat Zaxs sauce but they get mad if you ask for any other kind. Zaxby's do better.

Ordered online, but food looked old. I requested fresh fries, and the young lady in drive thru told me they weigh them. The young lady that was in the back prepping food had a attitude.
The workers need to be trained on the appropriate way to handle customers!!!

It took 20 minutes for drive thru order to be delivered and when I asked the manager for a refund, he asked for the food back in order to give one. I said no. He asked me what I wanted and I then asked for a gift card. He said he can’t do that, but offered food. I said I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes. Mind you, I walked next door and purchased two happy meals from McDonald’s and walked back and Zaxbys still did not have our food ready. Apparently “they had a big door dash order” which is why we did not get our food. We watched countless customers be served before us. As a side note, the staff member taking our order was untrained and not paying attention. What happened to fast food and customer service?

I asked for 10 boneless wings and a diet coke. That's it. I asked if 5 wings could be sweet and spicy and if 5 wings could be buffalo. She said no. That doesn't make any sense to me. It wasn't a meal or anything so if I ordered 2 orders of 5 wings in different flavors instead of splitting the flavors between 10 wings would that not be the same thing?? Yall just throw the wings in sauce I just dont understand. The customer service was not existent. No politeness. No smiles. The lady at the window acted like she'd rather be doing anything else. To top it all off, I didn't get what I ordered. I got a 5 piece boneless wings meal. Wtf. So tired of the fast food Reastraunts in this area it's always the same.

I have eaten my last Zaxby's salad. Ordered the Zen salad and it was nothing like advertised on TV. The egg rolls were burned. They were served whole and not chopped up in the salad. And the amount of the chicken was negligible, you could hardly find it in the salad. And the lettuce was not fresh. Zaxby's has lost my business. This is the 2nd salad in the 2nd location that has been subpar.

October 16th: Before I start, id like to point out that I have worked in many fast food restaurants, so I get it. I’m currently 7 months pregnant and decided i really didn’t feel like cooking tonight as I work a full time job, and I was craving that chicken finger sandwich thing with the sauce on it. So I order me and my husband some food on the app. I drive across town to pick it up after about 20 minutes, and when I get there, all the chairs are up on tables and almost all the lobby doors are locked, at this point it’s 8:30, so they still have a while until closing, plus I’d never place an order at a restaurant right before they close as I understand how frustrating that is when you wanna go home. Fast forward, I walk in and they tell me the front lobby is closed, and I reply, “oh sorry, I have a pickup order I was just trying to pick up.” They ask for my name and I tell them, they go to the back and then come back out to tell me they are out of everything I order…what???? So I drove all the way out just to be turned around with no real refund. They couldn’t even call me to tell me that they were sold out. They ask me if I still want to fries, like no I’d like my time wasted back please, but they all lowkey had an attitude about offering me any food like I had done something wrong…How are you out of chicken at a chicken place? I get it but if that’s actually true, they desperately need new management to actually keep things in stock. This is a management issue. I then watch a kid walk in and pick up his food, then walk back out. What the heck happened last night?

I go to this location often, but when I accidentally ordered to this location through the mobile app, they immediately helped to refund the order and fix my mistake. The food is always great, but when was the last time you had awesome service? Thank you employees & management for being so kind when I made such a mess.
