Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I have eaten my last Zaxby's salad. Ordered the Zen salad and it was nothing like advertised on TV. The egg rolls were burned. They were served whole and not chopped up in the salad. And the amount of the chicken was negligible, you could hardly find it in the salad. And the lettuce was not fresh. Zaxby's has lost my business. This is the 2nd salad in the 2nd location that has been subpar.

October 16th: Before I start, id like to point out that I have worked in many fast food restaurants, so I get it. I’m currently 7 months pregnant and decided i really didn’t feel like cooking tonight as I work a full time job, and I was craving that chicken finger sandwich thing with the sauce on it. So I order me and my husband some food on the app. I drive across town to pick it up after about 20 minutes, and when I get there, all the chairs are up on tables and almost all the lobby doors are locked, at this point it’s 8:30, so they still have a while until closing, plus I’d never place an order at a restaurant right before they close as I understand how frustrating that is when you wanna go home. Fast forward, I walk in and they tell me the front lobby is closed, and I reply, “oh sorry, I have a pickup order I was just trying to pick up.” They ask for my name and I tell them, they go to the back and then come back out to tell me they are out of everything I order…what???? So I drove all the way out just to be turned around with no real refund. They couldn’t even call me to tell me that they were sold out. They ask me if I still want to fries, like no I’d like my time wasted back please, but they all lowkey had an attitude about offering me any food like I had done something wrong…How are you out of chicken at a chicken place? I get it but if that’s actually true, they desperately need new management to actually keep things in stock. This is a management issue. I then watch a kid walk in and pick up his food, then walk back out. What the heck happened last night?

I go to this location often, but when I accidentally ordered to this location through the mobile app, they immediately helped to refund the order and fix my mistake. The food is always great, but when was the last time you had awesome service? Thank you employees & management for being so kind when I made such a mess.

We had the pleasure of being served by Ms. Meka when visiting this location twice in two days. She has such a friendly attitude and made us feel welcome from the moment that we walked in. She even remembered our names when we came in on the second day. I hope I have the opportunity to come here again someday and it would be a pleasure to see Ms. Meka again. Great service and great food here!

The parking is a little cramped but you can get in and out. Drive through was busy but inside was not. Food was good, I had a Cobb Salad. The service was good as well. I will go back.

I give zaxbys on Zelda rd a -0 . They discriminate against their employees. They literally don’t hire people for the way they look which is ridiculous SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN . The general manager and district managers are literally THE WORST PEOPLE EVER! they will be hearing from a lawyer.

In order to maintain a great business, you have to have customer service that is A one. This Zaxby's is the lowest rated in Montgomery because of their attitude towards their clients period. My rating will remain, until I see a difference in the way that they treat people here.
