Came in on yesterday evening around 4 pm and bought 2 kiddie finger meals. I got home ate one and fell asleep, woke up around 7-8 pm and have not stopped pooping since. Zaxby's was the last thing I ate and I honestly believe I got food poisoning here. I'm pregnant so it's hitting me way worse than expected. I will never return to this location.

They didn't take the order at the window.They didn't even say anything.And then when I went into order the shake , their machine is down , their milk shake machine is down how ironic

The food was fine, but the wait was way too long. They also forgot my Zaxby’s sauce so I had to send my passenger inside to get it. This defeats the purpose of a Drive Thru.

Food and service was outstanding. Didn't take long at all to receive my order. Food was fresh and hot. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the area. Got the family pack which is definitely worth the price for everything you get.

Rude and horrible service! And we have been regular customers for years but the service has gotten terrible. Anything you ask for is a problem. Don't eat Zaxs sauce but they get mad if you ask for any other kind. Zaxby's do better.
