This the worst ZAXBYS I have ever been to !!! Just because they are a franchise they are sooooo rude . I had a remake that a manager informed me to come and get when arrived to the store the managers begin to argue with me about my food . Customer service is all about pleasing the customer and this was not the case at all. please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I was treated so badly !!!! Montgomery has to stop!!!

On a trip to see family, we made a small stop for food. During this stop, the workers were rude gossiping about us during the visit. As a Huge Zaxby's fan, I was shocked at the unpleasantness. Not to mention the toast being burned on one side, and the Nibbler was missing lettuce.

I just ate here for the first time in quite a while! Everything tastes the same but the Chicken Tenders are like half the size and it looks like they have flattened them out to make them thinner!

Went to Zaxby's on Atlanta highway. Ordered three of the house chicken salads, they come with everything, cucumbers,lettuce,tomatoes,cheese,onion strings, the crunchy ones,ranch or Zaxby's dressing. Also ordered four egg rolls! The salad was excellent but those egg rolls, man they were so darn good I wanted to go inside and SLAP the cook!!! They are veggie egg rolls and they were so good!!! Please just go by Zaxby's and try the egg rolls with a salad!!

Put in my application on Indeed. Called to speak to the hiring manager. I told her that I had put in my application as cashier on Indeed and all she could say to me is "we are not". People really need job, not to waist their time playing with these youngsters that don't know how to manage theirs!Very Unprofessional!
