Zaxby's is always good, no matter what one chooses to eat.
Came for lunch and the line was almost all the way back to the highway. They managed to get everyone their food in less than 10 minutes. Very good service.

This the worst ZAXBYS I have ever been to !!! Just because they are a franchise they are sooooo rude . I had a remake that a manager informed me to come and get when arrived to the store the managers begin to argue with me about my food . Customer service is all about pleasing the customer and this was not the case at all. please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I was treated so badly !!!! Montgomery has to stop!!!

On a trip to see family, we made a small stop for food. During this stop, the workers were rude gossiping about us during the visit. As a Huge Zaxby's fan, I was shocked at the unpleasantness. Not to mention the toast being burned on one side, and the Nibbler was missing lettuce.

I just ate here for the first time in quite a while! Everything tastes the same but the Chicken Tenders are like half the size and it looks like they have flattened them out to make them thinner!
Looks like the downsizing has hit Zaxby's and I'm just now finding out about it!
