I was rudely asked to leave the men’s restroom by one of the managers without a valid explanation though. I know that I clearly wasn’t doing anything wrong for the record. I’m not very likely coming in to dine in again anytime soon. (And I would have washed my hands eventually after I applied chapstick for obvious reasons) I’m not going to file a formal complaint, I just wanted to make a statement and leave it at that. End of Story.

Love the atmosphere and vibes. Cashiers were friendly and the food was great

Unfortunately this location is either horribly mismanaged or grossly understaffed, ordered two orders of wings and things, both had nearly no sauce, we requested the new fry seasoning and didn't get it, the fries didn't seem to have any seasoning at all (which I could understand if that was the only issue because It a new option), the drinks we ordered didn't seem to have syrup as in they tasted like that hadn't been refilled in a while. Overall, pretty awful experience from a location I used to frequent. Owners/managers should be doing a lot better. Shame.

My order has been wrong 2 out of my last 3 visits here, and tonight was the final straw. I placed my order, but the girl at the drive-thru speaker was playing on the intercom instead of taking my order seriously. After I paid, I was told they were out of grape Powerade. I asked for pink lemonade instead, and the girl at the window told me there would be an upcharge (which I was fine with). I handed her my card, and she sucked her teeth in frustration, turned her back, and then filled my large cup with about 80% ice—even though I asked for light ice. That left me with maybe 12 ounces of actual lemonade in a large cup.

The customer service has gotten terrible here—slow, unprofessional, and full of attitude. This used to be my favorite Zaxby’s in the city, but not anymore. I won’t be spending my hard-earned money here until they fix their service issues.

And almost forgot to mention that during one of those visits I was pulled up, and they had one of the crew members kid bring me my food. The boy couldn't have been no older than 7.

They so rude & unprofessional. They act as if the customers bother them. Who told you fill out an application & work here if a customer asking a question bothers you! Customer service is not for them obviously. “ SLOW”

Lemon pepper wings were horrible! No favor at all old and dried out!

My order sat for 15 minutes under the warmer while they pushed other order out before mine. Flies landed on it while it sat and they were rude when I asked about my food. I would never attend this store location.

Came for lunch and the line was almost all the way back to the highway. They managed to get everyone their food in less than 10 minutes. Very good service.

Came at 10:37 am nobody came to take my order very unprofessional

Went through the drive thru and just had the worst food of my life. Great service but WHY is all my chicken and fries not only crunchy in a bag way but HORRIBLE tasting. Change y'all's damn grease
