From the time we walked in and Sierra smiled and welcomed us to Zaxby's we knew that we were gonna have a pleasant experience. The pay plates when they came were well prepared, looked appetizing, and made us want to dig in. The food was just as good as it looked hot fresh and flavorful. When we were leaving, I asked for a member of management because all of us have complained at a restaurant for a shortcomings, but I want them to know just how well they did. This is Zaxby's...
January 2026
On a trip to see family, we made a small stop for food. During this stop, the workers were rude gossiping about us during the visit. As a Huge Zaxby's fan, I was shocked at the unpleasantness. Not to mention the toast being burned on one side, and the Nibbler was missing lettuce.

I just ate here for the first time in quite a while! Everything tastes the same but the Chicken Tenders are like half the size and it looks like they have flattened them out to make them thinner!
Looks like the downsizing has hit Zaxby's and I'm just now finding out about it!
