If I place an online order it’s cause I don’t want to wait in line. I want to walk in and walk out! Y’all locking the door at 7:30 and close at 9 crazy and the children yall hire are rude

I can’t stand this place. They never want to give you any sauces. If I order a 5tender plate going big on fries I should have more than one sauce. If I ask you for a sauce, just give it to me instead of making it a huge deal. Please tell me what is anyone going to with one sauce with a whole box of fries and tenders.

Never knew about this restaurant before but when I first trued it I loved it, the food, cleanness customer service and all!
Would definitely recommend it.

Parking: Always open and spacious parking spots.
Also drive thru line is always fast despite it being busy most of the times I vist!

This is my go to Zaxby's always good service. However today went only for large cup of ice!! Poured half in my water cup and other half stayed in cup. As I poured my juice in saw something black floating to top. It was a fly ?!!! So very disappointed and grossed out because had eaten some ice and drank some water after pouring it in water cup!!

I don't usually leave restaurant reviews but I gotta leave one for this!!! I ordered a salad and the chicken tacos, they had me waiting 15 minutes for my order, just for me to get home and realize they did NOT put my tacos in my bag!! I went back and still had to wait 30 minutes for 3 tacos that looked threw together !!!

I give two stars literally only for management answering the phone and rectifying my main issues.
They forgot a portion of our meal and all the extra sauces we ordered. I had to travel back and pick up my food, and at the window I asked for nothing more than a cup of ice for my friend who is pregnant. They refused due to rush hour. I would understand if I was asking for an extra order that would come at a cost, but a cup of ice? These people don’t care about yall.

I have had too many terrible experiences with this particular zaxbys; however, today was absurd. The lack of customer service and plain rudeness of the staff is unbelievable. When I arrived I ordered a traditional wings and things with a bottle of water. They stated they did not have bottled water, so I asked for a cup of water in its place. I further specified that I would like water in place of a drink because last time I came and asked for water the order taker listed no drink and when I got to the window the girl gave me a problem with getting a cup of water.
On this occasion when I pull to the window they hand me a baby cup of water I simply hand it back and inform them that I would like a regular size cup but with water in place of a drink. CJ the alleged manager proceeds to tell me that he not what I asked for I asked for a cup of water that’s the size etc etc. I then ask him If I c a just have a regular size cup of water since there was confusion when placing my order. He states he will not be remaking the cup I can’t get a regular size cup for water etc. I then ask to speak with a manager, he claims he is the Manager and I would not be getting water in a regular size cup. I asked him for his information and to speak with the gm and he refused to provide the information. I will be returning to speak to an authority everyday until I can express my concerns with management because the actions of CJ AND his staff were completely inappropriate and unprofessional. He then threatened to call the police because I asked to speak to an authority higher than him. I. Then called to speak with a gm and he had a female worker answer the phone and lie that a manger was not present when I heard him telling coaching her in the background. Overall, this could have been avoided if CJ used his managerial skills to diffuse the situation instead of causing a large scene and laughing with his staff at my request for a regular size water cup.

Awesome ?!!!

This is the worst Zaxby's in Montgomery because of how poor they treat their customers and clients . This rating shall remain until they treat people better and show appreciation towards work security.
