I went in and ordered the fried shrimp with tenders and funnel cake. The shrimp was fresh and hot and so good, the service was excellent, perfect score I’m extremely proud of this location

My experience at this location was horrible today. I ordered through Drive through and as I pulled up the young lady took my order. I then pulled to the window and paid. After about a 3 to 4 minute wait I received my food. When I got home which is about 5 minutes away. I checked my order which I should have done at the window. But me guessing since I had to wait a little bit my order was accurate but it wasn't. I was missing my fried pickles so I called the store to let them know I hadn't received all my order and one of the young ladies i can clearly hear her yelling that I was lying several times over the phone. I hear the one of the other young ladies say here is the other part of my order. She is very unprofessional. I did go get my fried pickles but I will not be visiting this location ever again.

I didn’t want to make this post but today I had no choice. Last night I stopped Zaxby on Atlanta Highway. I waited at 15 to 20 minutes in line. A car ahead of me was already waiting when I pulled up behind them. When I finally go to the window I saw at 4 to 4 females working, and 1 male stuck his head out from the cooking area because I was complaining about the wait time. The manger was there and these young girls found it so funny. Laughing because of my complaint. The manager was stand right there. Mind you the large chicken nuggets cost me $9. They were not hot but the fries where. After I left I called the manager told her I didn’t get my tea and then complained again about the wait time and the food and offered not to write this review but she needed to do better. Today, I went back to pick up the meal she promised. I asked about the tea and I was told there is no refill. I drove off and then realized I didn’t get the tea last night and went back. The manager said you said nothing about tea. We went back and forward. I didn’t want a free tea just give me what I paid for. Finally a you lady gave me the tea. Yes I want everything I paid for. $9 is a lot for those large nuggets (fingers). Show some professionalism to your customers.

I went to pick up my app order and was told it wasn't mine, waited another 10 minutes and went to the counter to ask about my order only to find out that the order that wasn't mine was actually mine. No apologies on their end and refused to remake the order. I'll take my business elsewhere

Doordash here... Alot. This location is always very slow. Nothing is ever ready & I always wait more then 5mins. It's not even busy so I'm not sure why the orders aren't ready by the time I arrive. I really dislike to pick up here because of the wait time. Also you don't get a smoke or proper greeting here... it's always "what you had?". Like where are the manners from the younger generation these days. Smh
