We haven't been to Zaxby's for a while so we got two grilled chicken salads and the lettuce was very disappointing it was wet and not fresh and the chicken was dry so it was disappointing they do need a remodel their restaurants I probably won't ever come back to this one but we will try another Zaxby's to see if it's any better. All the staff were very friendly and very polite and asked many times if they can get us anything else so that was pleasant

This location never gets my order correct. Ordered a Cobb salad and drove all the way home. Looked at my salad and no egg on the salad. I also ordered the kicking chicken sandwich and the sauce I requested was not on the chicken strips. I started not to like to eat at zaxby’s.

Zaxby’s on Taylor Rd is my SPOT! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is super friendly. Service is quick, and everything comes out hot and tasty. Definitely one of the BEST Zaxby’s I’ve been to!

Boneless mild wings were super dry. No sauce. Asked for an unsweetened tea and received a sweet tea. Bianca S always has a salty attitude. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

Let me start by saying this place had a bad smell of moisture. Two male employees in the bathroom area are doing nothing. Three female employees in the parking lot are not doing anything. All members of Black life matter. The only one working trying to do anything was the white girl who was overwhelmed with several tasks. Unfortunately, she was rushing our family to place an order. This location lacks teamwork where everyone pulls their weight.

I placed a pick up order. I arrived before my intended pick up time. Check my food on my way to work and it’s cold. I attempted to call the store back, cannot speak with anyone.
