Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Zaxbys overall is ok. I’d say it is a mid- to higher tier fast food chain like I’m sure most of you do. However, this Taylor Rd location is reliably slow… insanely slow.
I know Montgomery is the pits when it comes to hourly help, but geeze.

If I can give a zero I would!! I went here for a nibblerz meal mean dipped in tongue torch sauce some how that got missed which was cool cause what if it to re-dip it you would think. They all git sooo upset they remade it and these nasty people took a bite out my bread and before I knew it I parked my car and ran inside the manager and employees were laughing and she took the plate trying to remake it I said no give me a refund do you know they gave me the wrong refund!! Trying to rush me out the store a police report will be done ion play with bodily fluids

I have never left a review in my life! However this service was terrible! I mean terrible!

Tonight we ordered from the drive thu and the teenage young lady was very rude around 5:40pm. I’m asking what all come on the new alas that’s like $10 something and she got smart and said to another employee they can’t read I guess she forgot her headphones wasn’t mute. So when she came back on the microphone she was rushing me to order. If these young people don’t want to really work they need to stay home. When I pulled up to get my salad this young with glasses called my order out to me and it was not what I order so he corrected my order. But I will not be eating from that zaxby again cause drive Thu customer service is bad

I would give them zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 salads and waited 20 minutes and eventually got a refund. They could care less about their customers. I will never return, horrible how apathetic people are about customer service.

We haven't been to Zaxby's for a while so we got two grilled chicken salads and the lettuce was very disappointing it was wet and not fresh and the chicken was dry so it was disappointing they do need a remodel their restaurants I probably won't ever come back to this one but we will try another Zaxby's to see if it's any better. All the staff were very friendly and very polite and asked many times if they can get us anything else so that was pleasant

This location never gets my order correct. Ordered a Cobb salad and drove all the way home. Looked at my salad and no egg on the salad. I also ordered the kicking chicken sandwich and the sauce I requested was not on the chicken strips. I started not to like to eat at zaxby’s.

the food was nice and hot and the crew warmly greeted me when i came in, their strawberry lemonade is my favorite 🥰
