Although I specifically requested that my food is freshly cooked. The bread felt and smelled stale, the fries were cold, and the chicken tenders were hard. It never fails that at this location the food will be horrible. I have visited a total of three timed and each time, the food was horrible. Has anyone ever smelled the fries when cold? It is unbearable.

Does Zaxby’s on Taylor Road put any effort into their food and service? Evidence says no! We ordered online, as my wife and I are sick, and I picked it up. Everything was cold despite a fifteen minute pickup time. We asked for extra seasoning on fries and received no seasoning at all, which is the norm for them and why we asked for seasoning. We couldn’t even get the proper number of forks, which was two! Avoid, guys.

I live relatively close to this zaxbys and I now go across town to the other ones, because this one is the worst in Montgomery. There’s always something wrong with my food (it’s always no sauces, or drinks always flat, or got the complete wrong order). The service here is also not very pleasant. They are always unhappy and usually in a mood. Also, I try going inside (sometimes not even close to closing time) and it’s usually locked even after Covid. Also, this zaxbys is the slowest in Montgomery by far. The last time I went the line was wrapped around the building and the inside was locked. I wish this zaxbys was just as nice as the others!

The food is always great! Our orders are always correct except for the requested extra sprinkles for the French fries. We ❤️ Zaxby's!
