Food was delicious!! There is an option to sit outside or inside. I sat outside. The place was nice and clean. Service was great. Look forward to coming back !

Called to place an order well before their advertised closing time, no answer. So I drove there thinking maybe they are just busy, nope.. they turned the lights off when I pulled up. This was at 8:39.. hopefully the owners will make some changes soon. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat

I ordered curbside pickup. You’re supposed to call when you arrive. I arrived at the estimated “ready time”. I called maybe 8 times and no one answered every time. After 15 minutes of waiting past the time it was supposed to be ready, I go in the building to pick it up. I wait another 5-10 minutes in there. Now, I do cut them slack because they seemed short-staffed and I used to work in the restaurant industry and I know how it is. However, I don’t understand why they couldn’t have just answered the phone and put me on hold or told me it would be a minute. Other than that, the food was pretty good and was accurate. The service wasn’t the best. I don’t recommend ordering curbside here or calling in an order.

I spent 40 minutes waiting for my food. When I finally stood up to ask the associates about it, one of the associates addressed me by apologizing and said that they were out of what I ordered and then proceeded to ask me if they can get me something else, so I said I needed my money back. My entire lunch break was spent waiting for food that no one cared to to tell me they were out of for 40 minutes. I love Zoes but I will not be returning to the Zelda Road location any time soon.

I just ordered steak and they were burnt and they pieced them together they were very nasty and the manager said that he didn't want to listen to me complaining about it the order that I was unhappy about. The food was nasty ? just like the Management

Horribly slow service despite placing an order over an hour befor pickup. Had to wait a whole hour after my pickup time then after waiting an hour they tell me they're out of the soup I ordered (which is fine but you could have told me before I waited this long) and they didn't even bother to tell me what other vegan substitutions I could get for the person I was ordering for, plus they didn't even bother telling me they were out of the second side that I had ordered. Staff was rude and unwilling to give me updates on my order status. Don't waste your time.

Waited 30 min for my meal. When it arrived my quinoa salad was made incorrectly and my falafel was under cooked(completely mush on the inside) love Zoe’s in general but the service at this one was not great.

We usually love Zoe’s on Zelda, but today we had a half hour wait where only half of our food came out. I asked for them to make mine to go after waiting half an hour (for a salmon pita), and my husband, who at least got his food in a somewhat timely manner, was given the incorrect dish. No one apologized or acknowledged anything was wrong. The kitchen seemed to be moving slowly, and the diners seated behind us also got the wrong dishes. Finally, when I brought mine back to the office to eat, I opened it up to a pita drenched in oil with three tiny pieces of salmon. Hopefully today was a one-off experience, but I’m not sure we’ll be back there anytime soon.

Ordered food at 11 o’clock, it is 12:15 now and I am still waiting. Not sure if the manager quit mid shift or if zoes needs to hire a different one. This will likely be my last trip to the Zelda rd location. I bet John Cassimus would like to know how his Zelda Rd location is doing..
Fantastic as always! I placed an order for more than 150 boxed lunches and everything was perfect! Everyone raved about their food!

As someone who eats here regularly I am DISGUSTED at the service I received from the woman at the front counter with blue hair. She snatched my money out of my hand for payment. I asked to speak with the supervisor and she ignored me! I was literally concerned for my safety. If this is the way you all conduct your employees to behave I will be SURE to inform everyone I know at my firm, as well as my associates to NEVER do business here. Very ghetto, very poor, just terrible.
