Worst Jacks we have ever been to. Stoped at 930 at a track meet no chicken. Asked for mustard and ketchup on my burger got on with only mustard and cold. Al the food was cold after we had to wait 10 mins it was horrible. Save your money!

(Drive thru) Several cars pulled up past the window waiting, one ahead of me ordering. Still took 20 minutes to get a sausage biscuit meal. I started to just leave. Drive thru worker was rude and never spoke, except to say here you go, handing my food out the window. Sweet tea was bad, hardly any sugar in it. I don't do unsweetened tea lol

Went for breakfast and had eggs, bacon, biscuit and gravy and grits. In 2 separate orders of gravy, we could find no meat. Gravy was cold. Very unusual for that location. We definitely were disappointed.
The Morris Jack's always provides fresh and tasty food. The kids loved the new chicken nuggets. Service is always great here as well.

I ordered online at 7:43am for pick up dinner at 6 pm. I got there at 6:30. No food. Said my order was back logged since I ordered to early. Waited 30 minutes to get my food. The reason I ordered earlier was because I knew they would be busy at that time of the night. When I ordered it told me to call 6 hours ahead to cancel? I don't think I will be back to that location again.
