The food was good. It has the small hole in the wall type feel. The prices were very reasonable I recommend a visit and I will be back.

6-24-25...Better tasting food than the other two steakhouse in Moulton. We have had, the burger, hamburger steak, shrimp, bang bang shrimp, and catfish plate. They were all better than the other places and the food has always been hot. The decor isnt fancy and new but it's nice and comfortable and the people are nice too.... it is definitely a gem that the locals go to. Also, lunch is cheaper by a dollar or two but when you go to supper it's actually more food unlike the other two steakhouses in moulton..... if you got 8- 12 bucks and want better food, go to Capt Daves.

There was stuff being delivered, and there’s a lot of coming and going right by where we were sitting. When we finally did get our food, my baked potato was not done. The atmosphere was chaotic. The young lady who waited on us was very sweet and good. But we were never offered another glass of tea, and when we told the person who checked us out that it was probably the worst experience we’ve ever had there she just said sorry. Usually, their food is wonderful, their service is great, maybe it was just a bad day for them.

Very affordable and where locals grab a burger for lunch. Today had spicy shrimp and they were perfect portion size and came with my choice of 1 side. Today had a salad as my side item it was a perfect light lunch for me. I highly recommend if you are looking for affordable dining stop by.
Terrible service today. We came in around 2. Took a few minutes to be acknowledged and seated. We ordered four meals and two came out then a few minutes later the third came out and then the last one came out. We all got our food at different times and we were not able to enjoy our meal. When we paid the bill and told the cashier, she said sorry.

The atmosphere was comfortable, the service was great. But I wasn't impressed with the steak or vegetables that I ordered. This was my first time there as we were just passing through. I won't say it wasn't a good place bc it could've just been the time of day or many other reasons. It is a popular place and they were busy, so that says alot about this place.
